As someone traveling from SoCal…I miss these type of coffee shops. Low key, fast, hella friendly staff who doesn’t make you feel like you are a bother until they see the tip screen (LA things) before turning up the charm.

This shop has the smoothest espresso shot I’ve ever had.
I stopped here before heading back home to LA, I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town. We tried the Monk-griddle sandwich 9/10, I loved that the syrup wasn’t overpowering. For coffee I tried the Brass Monkey 8/10 Mazapan 8/10. Staff 10/10.

Thank you to all those who served in the military. But not my favorite kind of coffee is served here I’d like to make some recommendations for popular drinks people would like to enjoy instead the basic drinks. I had their iced matcha but there was still clumps in the matcha that wasn’t mixed well.
