I really wanted to give this local business a try. There was no line when I ordered one sandwich (ghost pepper turkey panini) in person. I sat down on the futon to wait for my order. A group of about 5 people made orders after me, received their orders, and left. Another customer came to pick up their order, waited for a few minutes on the last item of their order, and left. I didn't want to come off as an impatient customer so I continued to wait. I saw the male and female employee chit chatting at the register (at one point the male was crouched down for some reason while talking to her). Approximately thirty minutes passed and I didn't have the capacity to wait any longer because my lunch was nearing its end. I walked up to the register and asked for an update on my order. The female employee was unaware but the male employee remembered my order (he took my order) and asked if I wanted a refund because they "forgot." I explained that my lunch was practically over and he processed my refund. Unfortunately, this was my first and only experience so I don't have any interest in coming here again.
