I ordered the medium pepperoni pizza and was surprised for the price, how small it was. It actually looked like a small pizza from any other pizza joint, and the slices were small, even though you got 12 slices. A little disappointed.

Ordered some food for the family because we heard this place was the best around and it's super close to home. Got the BBQ pizza, cheese pizza, garlic bread and garlic cheese sticks. When I got home and we went to eat, the cheese pizza was the best of the food, the BBQ pizza didn't look anything like the website, which was fine, but the pizza was not very hot and some of the chicken was so cold like they just took it out of the freezer. The garlic bread was decent, seemed a little old like maybe it was made earlier in the day, and the cheese sticks were also cold. But sure if they put the food in a warmer while waiting if the customer isn't there when the food is ready. I showed up 5 minutes before the time it was supposed to be ready and waited for 15 minutes. Might try a different location someday.

Gone to this location multiple times and other locations and never once had a problem with me and my boyfriend sharing a salad until today not only did they go out of their way to interrupt our meal once but TWICE, I’m currently injured n couldn’t service myself for the salad so when I asked my bf to grab me some more a lady came n was very rude about it what kind of people run a business like that?? Didn’t even want to finish my meal after that with the cashier side eyeing the whole time, couldn’t even enjoy my meal out in peace after weeks of being in recovery is CRAZY!

Do not eat at this restaurant one they are always short staffed, their excuse constantly they’re always delayed, and there is a person named Manny there who is supposedly a management he is the rudest person I have ever spoke to. And should not be in any type of customer service. This is the third time I have called and complained about this place. I am done with them. I am tired of them and their excuses.

I hit Mountain Mike's all over the central valley and 99% of the time they are above average. This location is the exception. I arrived at 1:00p.m. and ordered the buffet. They went to refill the salad and apparently forgot what they were doing for 10 minutes or so, other than that the salad bar was fine. The pizza however was obviously bits and pieces left over from the previous 2-3 hours and nothing was fresher than an hour. The other 2 customers left and I guess they figured it wasn't worth putting out anything for 1 customer. Whatever employees they had working were not in the front and the restaurant was basically unattended for my 20 minute visit. I paid almost $19 for a mediocre salad. I will never return to this location.
My family and I drove 3 hours for a concert. We came to eat and everything was great! Service, food, and employees were great! Very clean! I appreciate it.

The staff here is great and friendly! The pizza place is a chain but the tastes is good. The peperoni pizza looks awesome with the way it's presented. The breading on these pies are a bit thick for my taste but acceptable; I favor the thin crust NY style.
