Horrible experience!! I ordered a gender reveal cake . They put the wrong gender after finding out it was wrong my emotions were all over the place. Feeling sad and crying going back into the shop was hard , after explaining to Kayden she laughed and went into the back laughing saying we put the wrong gender . After requesting a refund and speaking with Amber the “Manager”she said it wasn’t a big deal and she can make another one! Maybe it wasn’t a big deal to her but it was to myself and my partner as we are first time parents, my experience was ruined . I’m definitely not giving them my business

I ordered a delivery which got a messed up due to uber delivering to the wrong building, but the ladies at the office help me figure out what was going on and offered to go out of their way to go hand delivery it to make sure the delivery order was fulfilled. the customer service was amazing and everyone I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful.

Can anyone in this store smile? I have been purchasing here for years & the last few times the atmosphere is so dreary. Switching to the Fresno store, hoping to feel the Nothing Bundt Cake cheer again soon!

Great tasting cakes, but don’t come here for a gender reveal cake. My mom ordered one for my gender reveal party and they didn’t even put the pink rattle in it.

Pre ordered and paid for, still had a wait for pickup. Due to poor system for line service. Need a system for next up! At the time there weren't enough associates to handle waiting customers. 2 counter associates with 10+ waiting customers. In fairness it was a first visit!
Product was very good.

Delicious cake, worker was very nice and the Oreo cake was even better 🤤 fed my whole family of 11 would and will get again

Got this for my wife’s birthday. Online order was a breeze. The cake looks great. It tastes good too, not too heavy, has good balance with the cream.

I got cake and got to eating, it was good.

The cakes here are good but i honestly did not feel welcome. The owner or manager who was there was more nice than the actual employees working the front area. Otherwise the cakes are cute and good.

Completely ruined my sister’s birthday. Stopped by to get her favorite flavored cake and it was completely inedible. Due to the center of the artificial sunflower being all over the cake. This place should reconsider what is food safe for their cakes. Not sure who is in charge of the decoration but should review all their inventory. Had to throw the whole cake away since we couldn’t eat it. If you’ve purchased here you know that these cakes are pricey. Super dissatisfied and disappointed with this place. Please be aware and mindful of the decorations you are adding to your cake as this could occur again. Wish I could include the in-depth video I have of the horrific cake.

When I went to pick up my order for over $100 for Mothers Day gifts for my business, the cashier was extremely rude! I had waited in the "order pick up line" and wanted to add another item. She told me to go and wait behind the one other person at the other register. I told her nevermind, and asked for my receipt. She handed it to me without a "thank you" or polite attitude. Just rude. It's not like it was busy. It was me and one other person. And, I had already waited in the pick up line for her to go find my order. I won't go back again!

I came in to pick up a prepaid order on time. There were three of us waiting on the side, two girls up front with zero customers in the store. Instead of one of the girls helping the one in the back kicking butt to push out orders they both stood still, one chomping on her gum! I could hardly stand watching! They were doing absolutely nothing while my order was not ready. What happened to work ethic? Teamwork? The best service?

As an avid fan of cupcakes and a firm believer in supporting local businesses, it is with a heavy heart that I write this review for Nothing Bundt Cake. While the cupcakes themselves were delightful, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of warmth and customer service skills exhibited by the employees.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted with indifference by the staff. Their demeanor seemed detached and uninterested in assisting customers. A warm smile or a friendly greeting can make a world of difference, turning an ordinary transaction into a memorable experience. Unfortunately, this aspect was sorely lacking during my visit.

Moreover, the employees' communication skills left much to be desired. When I asked questions about the different cupcake flavors or requested recommendations, I received curt and unhelpful responses. It felt as though my inquiries were an inconvenience to them. A genuine willingness to engage with customers, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations is essential in creating a welcoming environment.

It is too bad because every time I come to pick up their product, it is always a hit. Hopefully the management can pay attention to some of these complaints. I used to work in food service so I get it. I do not want to start critiquing a girl during her shift and end up all over tiktok, so I will be giving this establishment one more chance!
