Nothing Bundt Cakes

Placed an order for pick up and for some reason all of the other 6 ppl that ordered their cakes for pick up got them but mine wasn’t ready nor was it going to be ready anytime soon. Not sure why pick up times exist if they don’t matter. Then the poor girls at the front desk don’t even know how to issue a refund.

I ordered a chocolate cake with frosting to take to my sister for her birthday ahead of time and they had it ready for pickup. Friendly staff. Reasonable price for the cake given the quality. The frosting is made of rich cream cheese. My family does have sweet tooths, but we enjoyed it thoroughly. Also, because of the quality, it's easy to be satisfied. I am likely to come back for another came for my mother's birthday coming up.

I ordered a confetti Bundt cake, it was good. Now, the building itself is very small, customers accidentally bumping into each other is what I noticed. Cashiers were very nice.

Horrible experience!! I ordered a gender reveal cake . They put the wrong gender after finding out it was wrong my emotions were all over the place. Feeling sad and crying going back into the shop was hard , after explaining to Kayden she laughed and went into the back laughing saying we put the wrong gender . After requesting a refund and speaking with Amber the “Manager”she said it wasn’t a big deal and she can make another one! Maybe it wasn’t a big deal to her but it was to myself and my partner as we are first time parents, my experience was ruined . I’m definitely not giving them my business

I ordered a delivery which got a messed up due to uber delivering to the wrong building, but the ladies at the office help me figure out what was going on and offered to go out of their way to go hand delivery it to make sure the delivery order was fulfilled. the customer service was amazing and everyone I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful.

Can anyone in this store smile? I have been purchasing here for years & the last few times the atmosphere is so dreary. Switching to the Fresno store, hoping to feel the Nothing Bundt Cake cheer again soon!

Great tasting cakes, but don’t come here for a gender reveal cake. My mom ordered one for my gender reveal party and they didn’t even put the pink rattle in it.

Pre ordered and paid for, still had a wait for pickup. Due to poor system for line service. Need a system for next up! At the time there weren't enough associates to handle waiting customers. 2 counter associates with 10+ waiting customers. In fairness it was a first visit!

Got this for my wife’s birthday. Online order was a breeze. The cake looks great. It tastes good too, not too heavy, has good balance with the cream.
