Went here today , at first seemed OK. Came in and was greeted by waitress after a few minutes. She said to sit wherever was clean. After 15 minutes at a table with no service ( no menu no water no nothing.) I asked a waitress could I get a menu, she ignored me and went to help a couple that had just come in. As I was getting up to leave I was glad I didn't eat here as I noticed out of the 5 customers that had left not one of them had finished their meals. To me that indicates the food must be as bad as the service from the 2 waitresses. I ended up at the rodeo Cafe and the food was great and the wait staff was awesome. Maybe the waitresses from Old Town Cafe should goto rodeo Cafe for some remedial training. I would recommend this restaurant to nobody.

Been here twice and every time there is only one waitress running around with her head cut off! Hash browns were overcooked and greasy. Worst I’ve ever eaten. Several customers around us were visibly disappointed, upset and frustrated as we were. Most definitely not coming back here again!

We got here at around 10am, took 15 mins to get drinks and another 10 to take our order. It is now noon and still no food lol. Theres about 5 serves and everyone single one of them walked around lost. This place was empty when we arrived no reason for it to take 2 hours to get food. Horrible service! The owner needs to take a look at there business as plenty of people left due to the lack of service !!

I really enjoy this place! I have only been there for Breakfast and my only problem is the following; Their Hot Chocolate should be made with milk! Their Home Fries or Breakfast potatoes are Frozen little squares or at least they look and taste that way, finally, if you order Breakfast that comes with toast, it's just one slice!!?? This is the only place I'm aware of that doesn't provide the Industry Standard of two slices! It's kind of odd!

I ordered the Tri Tip Salad and it was honestly the best salad I've ever had. The Tri Tip was cooked perfectly and all the other toppings were cut to get size. One of my friends ordered the Garlic Aioli Chicken Sandwich and we did not expect it to be so big! It was very delicious along with the fries, which tasted pretty good! Overall I would most definitely be back again to try other items.

Grace was a wonderful server& always had a smile. The chicken garlic aioli sandwich was amazing & i even had to take the other half home. Then we were even thanked by a man ( assumption was the owner) for coming in & ordering !!
