Place was hopping on a Sunday morning, but they got our party of two seated and fed in short order. Fantastic sweet cold brew coffee, crispy waffles, solid eggs and sausage. Would stop in my next time in town no doubt

Waited 10 minutes for server to take our drink order then we waited 40 minutes for food and it came out cold we approached the manager to let her know and all she did was give us an attitude and was very rude

Short review Plain and simple try this place it is really good.
Long review surprisingly good! It is shocking even, I finally decided to try this spot and the detail of the waffles is something else. For example i got a waffle with jalapeno and bacon in it and usually with anything that has bacon inside its usually like small bits undercooked or overcooked however old town waffle have really out done themselves, multiple strips of bacon perfectly cooked in a waffle with cheese and jalapeno is something simply amazing. And that was only one waffle i've tried. We will be coming back to try more of the menu as they have a variety of waffles for breakfast. You MUST come here to try and see what i'm talking about. Well done.

I love trying new places and Old Town Waffle didn't disappoint. Easy to find right off Clovis Ave, easy parking and not in a bad area of town. The place is larger than I expected with lots of booths. We got there right when it opened at 6am rather than 630 like a lot of places(the main reason we chose this place) so it wasn't busy at all. Service was good but we were talking alot so I don't think he wanted to disturb us. The omlette I had was one of the best I've had in many years if not the best ever. Wish it was bigger but I didn't leave hungry. Hash browns were great and I'm not a huge biscuits/ gravy guy but they were fine, nothing outstanding there. I highly recommend this place for an unrushed family breakfast or a solo trip on your own just to check it out. I can only imagine the waffles and other menu items will be just as good. I will be going back!

We hosted my friend’s bachelorette brunch here and the restaurant was incredibly accommodating! We had over 20 people come and each person left raving about Old Town Waffle, especially since most of us were coming here for the first time.
They reserved a lovely space for us, the service was incredible and the food was delicious. Not only did we enjoy the food and drink but all of us were taken back by how generous the portion sizes were. I’ll definitely be quick to come back and I recommend this spot to anyone looking for good food and a warm inviting atmosphere.

I can think of many places that I would visit before this one. It’s expensive for what it is. The food is good. Staff friendly. Atmosphere abysmal. You can do better.
