Leah is absolutely Amazing. She has thee Best Customer service. I look forward to seeing her smile. The Girls in the kitchen area are amazing as well, they were working so hard to get those orders out. I appreciate them all. It takes Team work to do this and while smiling at the same time. Amazing.

It was a cold and rainy day and the soup was served just warm. The floor was dirty.

The layout is poor - if you have never been there before it is really confusing on what you are supposed to do to order and get your food. The layout is not conducive to figuring it out either and there is no signage to help clarify. The signage for the menu is also confusing and the cashier - while pleasant enough - was not much help (I'd say she was bored). And then the payment system asked for a tip! For what? There was a cashier and the food prep - but no one seated us, no one took our orders, and no one brought us our food - we had to do all that on our own! The food itself was good - but a bit overpriced. Honestly - I only went because I had a gift card.

Very expensive for the quality of food you receive. We spent $50.00 for 2 people, which consisted of a salad, Mac n cheese and a sandwich and 2 drinks. If the food was good then maybe it would be worth it, but I'll not go back. Sorry Panera Bread.

My wife loves it here, its her go-to for soups and sandwiches. She always goes for the 2-in-1//combo.
All panera's have a starbucks'ish vibe -at least for me. Service is good; minimal interaction with staff other than ordering (if you order from register) and picking up food, fast food style. Drinks are self-served. Like most paneras, they do have self serve kiosks --AND-- tipping is not expected (minimal staff interaction/self serve)
Only gripe is I'm not a big fan of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I go there because my wife wants to go. Rated 5 because store and food is good overall; in general I just don't want to eat at a restaurant where everything on the menu feels like a side dish.

A large group of us came in to eat about 4:45 on a Sunday. There were very few people in side eating which made getting a large table easy.
The young lady was very patient with us as we had a little difficulty getting our rewards info to show up.
The food came pretty quick considering the amount was ordered. For about $14 I got the “pick 2” which was half Toasted Italiano hot sandwich and French onion soup. Both the sandwich and the soup tasted okay. Nothing special about them and I wouldn’t get either again. Then I decided to try the orange scone which had a nice flavor. I’d get it again. Almost forgot to mention, they have Pepsi products.
Overall, everything was okay. I like that they have Pepsi. I like there bread and there baked goods.

We had not been to Panera in a long time, so thought we would give it a try. At 09 on a Saturday morning, Panera was not very busy. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant (did not see the restrooms). Staff was very pleasant and helpful, coffee was good and coffee station was clean and well-stocked with 4 types of hot coffee. Avocado toast was decent with fresh arugula and generous amount of feta. Steelcut oatmeal was good with pecans and fresh sliced strawberries on top. My only negative comment is that the oatmeal was served barely warm.

I love Panera so much and I'm also sad about the change to the breads. There food is still so amazing and delicious especially the salads. I just wish they would make there breads and bagels in store like they use too. If something seems off with the breads or bagels is because they don't make them in store anymore. Rehire your bakers and bake the breads again. 10/10 was so much better when they did.

Trying to call them regarding the wrong order and they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and just hang up on me. Alway got my order wrong, they reduced the food portion, and the sandwich is always really salty. Not going to this location again.

Clean food?? I come in here often and the men's restroom is seriously Filthy. I tell the staff and they tell me they will get on it to no avail. A staff member needs to check up, clean up and refill supplies at least every 20 minutes since traffic here is so high. The bathroom door looks like it hasn't been wiped down like EVER. Almost feel like I need a hazmat suit to use this restaurant at Shaw and Clovis. You know the filth and germs from the bathroom will make their way into the restaurant. It gets tracked on to the carpet and if there's no paper towels how can we wash/dry our hands properly. I'm posting this because I'm trying to inspire change since I am a sip club member

The bagels here used to be great. Asiago had plenty of crunchy cheese on top. Cinnamon crunch was true to its name and had plenty of sugar on top. A big change happened within the last few months and now the bagels are lifeless, gummy, lacking bagel essence. They need to fire their bagel boy. Soda machine always broken, too.

The Place I visited was caos. The place was dirty and had to clean a table so we would have a place to sit. The clerk didn't know what she was doing and didn't ask if we needed
drinks or the sides that came with the meal. The soup broccoli and cheddar was good. The salads were all greens and very dry despite the dressing allotted. It was very expensive. Cost was about $80 for three adults. Crazy expensive.
