We had not been to Panera in a long time, so thought we would give it a try. At 09 on a Saturday morning, Panera was not very busy. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant (did not see the restrooms). Staff was very pleasant and helpful, coffee was good and coffee station was clean and well-stocked with 4 types of hot coffee. Avocado toast was decent with fresh arugula and generous amount of feta. Steelcut oatmeal was good with pecans and fresh sliced strawberries...
I love Panera so much and I'm also sad about the change to the breads. There food is still so amazing and delicious especially the salads. I just wish they would make there breads and bagels in store like they use too. If something seems off with the breads or bagels is because they don't make them in store anymore. Rehire your bakers and bake the breads again. 10/10 was so much better when they did.
The Place I visited was caos. The place was dirty and had to clean a table so we would have a place to sit. The clerk didn't know what she was doing and didn't ask if we needed
drinks or the sides that came with the meal. The soup broccoli and cheddar was good. The salads were all greens and very dry despite the dressing allotted. It was very expensive. Cost was about $80 for three adults. Crazy expensive.
