When I order a cheese pizza I don’t mean just cheese and Alot of olive oil. Where is the sauce?? It taste like garlic bread

This place was alright, but I feel it is overhyped. The bread was of pretty good quality. However, for the price that you are paying the toppings were insanely skimpy, not just of the meats but even the cheese.

The service and the atmosphere were pretty good. But there are definitely places that give you better value for what you're paying. Very unlikely to bother coming back. One of the few times I felt like just making my own pizza at home.

I will say this, if you do come, try the calzone.

Pizza is great but could include more toppings if im only ordering 2 toppings. The service was good but the whole restaurant was very dirty and there were no customers inside and employees were just in the back hanging out. Every table had crums on it and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept mopped the night before. Overall love the pizza trying to provide feedback for cleanliness

Whoever was in charge of scheduling on the night of Friday 9/26 ought to be fired. They scheduled one poor guy to work a full house on a Friday night. > hour long waits for a pizza. Terrible management

In general we like Pieology and the food. Unfortunately this location does not know how to run their business. We were there in person and they literally made more than a dozen pizzas from online orders and made us stand there watching them. It was super awkward and in the end we had to leave since it was taking so long. They should either alternate between online order and in person order or have one staff doing online and other staff doing in person orders.

Madi was awesome! I didn’t realize I needed to order the garlic bread at the same time when building your pizza. So after I had already completed “building my pizza” (I believe it was Jesus) and had it ready for the oven, I mentioned my garlic bread late. Madi, immediately jumped on it and had it ready for the oven in less than 60 seconds. It was good and full of cheese. I tipped $10 and I wish she could get most of it. Though I understand that’s not how it works. So I hope this recognition is helpful.

Unfortunately they were short staffed and had Atleast 10+ online orders, 6 people in line waiting to be helped, as well as a place filled with waiting customers. With all odds against them the two workers stayedpositive and helpful. A HUGE shoutout to the two workers they were amazing even a few customers appreciated/applauded them for keeping a great attitude. Waited in line for about an hour before being helped and truly did not mind due to incredible staff. Just wished management had another person or two so these two arent running around like crazy.

Female employee (no nametag) with the Jason X tattoo on her right forearm was very unprofessional. Acted like I was bothering her by asking questions about toppings. Only positive was the food was good. As far as cleanliness, I had a party of 8 and had to clean the large table myself due to crumbs and sauce on the table.

What an amazing response! So professional and over-the-top service! The pizza and salads are such great tasting and generous portions...really great! Ali and the manager were commendable in making my wife and me feel special. We have been blessed to visit this location at Herdon and Clovis Avenues enough times to know this was not a fluke. Genuine service by genuine people (and genuinely tasty pizza!). Thanks to all!
