I got a coupon from my child’s school. The App is called PushSave. The “manager” said he could not honor it because he had never seen it before and the owner was not present. Customer service is so horrible these days and managers should know what is offered before turning away a customer. Will never come here again. Not disappointed that I didn’t get to try the pizza. I don’t even have to guess that there is better pizza out there.

The pizza was good as was the salad. Wish there was a meat to put on the salad, like ham. The owner was very nice as was the servers. Didn't take too long for the pizza t be done, but do expect a short wait, especially if it is busy!

About every 15 days I stop at the pizza factory to order spaghetti and meatball to go (comes with a order of garlic bread ) Nice people i enjoy being able to treat myself a couple times a month and still have great numbers with my diabetes

I literally got of work and didn't realize this place close at 9...and they still took me in with great customer service. We've all been there where your ready to go home especially when you're closing shift. I just had to write a review, customer service in a world filled with AI and limited interactions with another human is missed. Thank you for helping me to get something to eat for my family and I. Tried out their bone in wings and garlic cheese bread, wings were cheap quality and not crispy, they didn't even cut the garlic bread into edible pieces 😂 4/10

Our go to pizza place for the area! Located directly across the street from a Me & Eds and they are always faster, friendlier and cheaper. Pizza is fantastic. I get the cauliflower crust and love it.

Had to update my review. The quality has dropped and the service has been bad to say the least the last few visits. I waited an hour past my pick up time and they kept telling me 6 more minutes. About 10 staff members so they are not under staffed just under managed. Very disappointed.
