The lady smashed my bread while splitting with the bread knife. The mayo/mustard spread was very light as well. She also smashed the bread while rolling and wrapping. Honestly 2.5 star.

Does not honor the face value of coupons given out at grizzlies games. Coupon was for a free medium classic sub but they only took $4 off. The cashier wouldn't do anything about it even though she read the coupon.

I love port of subs, I wanted a nice cold fresh sandwich and that is exactly what I got, but man their customer service definitely needs some work! I’ll still give them a 3 stars because of how good and fresh their food was! But The girl with colored eyes here just seemed really annoyed with me and my family (we’re not loud people by any means), she spoke to us in such a rude way. Now I’m not dumb, I know when I’m being treated differently than others and that’s exactly how I felt here!

My last few visits to this location have not been great. The last time I drove there the lights were on, the door was open snd the open sign was on.When I walked in it was 845pm and they seemed anoyed and told me they were closed. Their sign states they close at 9pm. They seem to just close when they want. This is also not the first time that has happened to me at that location. I have also had issues with wrong orders there.I will now be driving across town to go to the Port of Subs on Chesnut and Shepherd. I have gone to that one for 20+ years and I have always received great service from them.They don't waste your time, money or your gas.
