Both staff members were rude, not friendly, and unkempt. The female staff member was rude to my daughter and gave her the wrong order. After making fresh pretzels, gave us an old and dry pretzel. Waste of $10 on one pretzel. Do not buy from here!!!

My granddaughter went here last week to get a plain pretzel took my debit card she didn't ask for receipt I looked at my bank on line they charged me $8.28 for one plain pretzel. Can't go back and complain no receipt. My fault I should of went in with her. Feel cheated ?
