New owners of this shop are very friendly, and good to see that the care for the community continues to live on through them. Friendly welcome from when walking into the shop, and when inventory of bottles to purchase are low, you inquire if there will be more available and find out they're already on their way. There's not many drinking water shops around, and to be able to walk into one to refill the bottles is great in this area, as opposed to standing outside. It has continued to be a clean shop and place to refill the water jugs. Lets continue to support shops like these. I haven't had an ice cream craving, but those Thrifty ice creams bring back memories.

Papaya salad was good. I do recommend going next door for boba drinks.

Water refills here are fast. One time I spent 30 min in a store down the street waiting to refill my bottle never again. Also the store looks clean

Pure water has a new ownership and owners. No longer the same people who make those food. Try to not order their food because I ordered two of 3 spring rolls for $10 and my order of spring rolls lacked the size (was very very small), limited vegetables, and no noodles. They add a weird texture of watery Sriracha and mayo inside the roll which made my spring rolls all damp and wet. Not worth the total of $20 that I have to pay. Eggroll sauce was too watery and peanut sauce was just a lot of hoisin. Very disappointing.

Went there at 10am, not open. Went there at 10:20 again, not open... they said open at 10am... won't be going there anymore even if it's just a mile from my house
