Drinks are good as well. The owner and other staff are friendly, except the new young girl. She looked mad all the time when I came to the store. She keeps silent and waits for me to order, without saying anything that the other staff usually do. Need to adjust!

I got the peach black tea with boba. Boba was too chewy, nearly hard in the middle. And the drink was disgustingly sweet. The one who took my order didn't ask me what sweetness level I wanted. It was so sweet that when I got home I made fresh black tea and added a lot to the drink.

I went today to this place and ordered a signature latte with a brown sugar boba under the coffee series. You would think it would be coffee, but it turned out as matcha. Matcha is not coffee, it's green tea. And to make matters worse, it was disgusting.

Boba is good and always consistent. With inflation, the prices are bit outrageous for boba. It is one of the better places overall
First time here, it was so good. Got an Oreo cookie and caramelized brown sugar milk tea with Boba. It was sooo good.

I have been coming to Rare tea for a couple of years. It is 5min from me so I go at least once a week. Excellent tea and excellent service. Have not had a bad experience. Every tea I've had here is flavorful and tastes fresh. You can't go wrong with their fruit teas and jasmine milk tea. Their strawberry milk tea is blended and a cold, sweet drink for a hot day!

Your staff has NO RESPECT for the tenants that live behind these businesses. I have called the police and will continue to call them until something is done. Tonight at 945pm (12.21.23, your staff is driving cars in circles, yelling and screaming). Please respect the surroundings your in otherwise I'll be forced to contact the property management and BBB.
