I arrived at 9:30 PM and saw a sign asking customers to wait to be seated. The bartender, who was wearing an earpiece microphone, made eye contact with me and could easily have called someone to assist me. I waited a few more minutes before walking toward the hallway to look for a waiter, only to be told that I would no longer be receiving service.
