After three different visits and the food and fries being soggy and lukewarm, I give up and won't be back any longer.

I ordered the avocado burger with garlic fries. The fries tasted stale and cold. They took the traditional fries and poured oil and garlic over them. The garlic was not cooked into the fries. It was a terrible hack. The avocado on the burger was rancid--old and gray. I didn't complain because I don't trust restaurants and how they handle complaints--sabotaging your food for example. My retribution is to write this review and to never go back to a Red Robin.

I arrived at 9:30 PM and saw a sign asking customers to wait to be seated. The bartender, who was wearing an earpiece microphone, made eye contact with me and could easily have called someone to assist me. I waited a few more minutes before walking toward the hallway to look for a waiter, only to be told that I would no longer be receiving service. It was 9:40 PM, and I explained that I had been waiting for 10 minutes, which the bartender could confirm. The server told me that the bartender never notified her that I was waiting, so I asked if she could speak with the manager. She returned and said the manager claimed it was too late, and the front door should have been locked. However, she then grabbed the keys to lock the door after I left. I asked if I could place a to-go order, and she refused. This was the worst customer service I have received in a long time, and I will never return to this location. I am now sitting in my car writing this review, hoping that someone higher up will read it and contact me.

I moved here to Fresno recently and my mom and I went to get food. Our order was about $27 and my mom gave a $100 bill. Our waitress gave us $27 back for change and tried to pocket the rest in the hopes we wouldn't notice. Her coworker behind the bar started to laugh at her when my mom confronted. My mom noticed she never put the cash away and left it on the bar again in the hopes we would walk away so she could keep it for herself. My mom didn't want to make a scene but I know for a fact that wasn't her first time. Be careful about paying with cash here because the employees will try to take it from you. Shame on them truly and the manager should really look into it. Also the food was honestly the worst I've ever had at a red robin. The fries were so drenched in grease we had to just not eat them at all.

When I go to red Robin, I usually get the barbecue whiskey bacon cheeseburger. I add bacon to it, and I did a review oh that so check out my YouTube channel taste and tease with Tonie. However, that burger is the best burger to me and I also did it with the chicken one time and that was pretty good too. Always add the bacon if you ask me.

Placed a pick up order for a pizza for 11:30 since the website stated that’s the earliest I could place the order. It stated to wait 30-45 minutes than arrive at location for the order so the food would be fresh, and available without a wait.
Upon pick up, the pizza was not placed in any kind of warmer or bag to stay warm, it was placed on a metal rack and left to get cold

I went in and asked them to remake it, they did; but I had to fight tooth and nail about it. The to go manager said I was an hour later than the pick up time; when I followed the instructions via website and email. She did not treat me very respectfully when I notified her I was doing what the instructions stated. She went on about the company losing money because of this; however the company lost not just a customer; but an investor as well.

This place always takes forever to bring out food but since I expected it, that wasn't really the biggest problem. When they finally brought our food out, my salmon and broccoli were cold by the time they brought me silverware to eat with. My fries were also cold. My son was looking forward to his bacon burger and his food was barely warm. He's not one to ever complain about his food. The burger was flooded with mayonnaise and barely one piece of bacon!! It wasn't even a full slice. My son's never met a cheeseburger that he didn't love until tonight. We wanted dessert but with this horrible service, we opted to go to an icecream shop instead. What happened to this place?

The service was not good here. Everything was brought out 1 piece at a time had to ask for refills, and look for someone for a to go box. The ensenada chicken is overpriced. 2 flat pieces of chicken and fries. The server was not very helpful.

I enjoy Red Robin, but I didn't actually eat at this location. As I was getting seated I noticed what a sty the restaurant was. Very dirty. I quickly decided I would not be eating at a place so dirty and got up and left.

Always great service and good food, it's just way too expensive for the average person.

It's bad when you realize that the supervisors who walk around and ask you about your experience have coupons with them IN HAND for when you tell them that the food wasn't great. I was too nice when I complained about the fact that the burgers were nowhere near being worth $16 each... this lady was trained to give a sympathetic response, pass me a coupon for a free appetizer and then run away.

I had a regular bacon cheeseburger and I asked for BBQ sauce instead of mayo. They forgot the BBQ sauce. My wife got the "simple" burger. We both complained that they had no flavor and that the meat had the texture of a frozen patty that you might buy in a 10-pack at the store.

My son got a half rack of ribs, which turned out to be mostly bone.

We left this place feeling ripped off and, sadly, still hungry. I can't believe I paid for that and may have my bank dispute the charges now. Seriously.
