Food was okay, my husband’s burger was missing his bacon, and mine was missing the blue cheese crumbles, server was kinda dismissive when we told him and just asked us if we wanted him to bring it on the side so we can put it on ourselves which isn’t a problem just weird to ask that , server seemed like it was the cook, wasn’t the woman who took our order she was pretty nice but only came by the table once to ask for a refill, also i asked to be seated in a corner booth away from others and was seated right in the middle of the restaurant directly across from other people. Will not be returning to this location and will stick with riverpark

Slow and server made face at me for the fact I ordered off the children's menu. I had gastric bypass surgery and can no longer eat like a heifer. So I choose much smaller options. The whole meal took too long

Waited 15 min to be seated at 4pm. No one even came to hostess station and just a few tables eating. Won't be back.

A gopd burger with endless fries. If you don't know Red Robin by now, when did you leave your cave?

Outside doors windows are dirty this place needs cleanliness 101 bathroom too eeww I hope the kitchen was dirty omg !!!fingerprints for days window sills had dead flies and webs this is inside and arm length from my plate. They gave changed the burger Hawaiian brioche bread is nasty compared to how Rad Robin Burger used to be.

My food arrived just barely warm I waited really long so my food was up and ready but my waitress who was also the bartender was too busy talking to coworkers. Oh I remember now because I used to go here and all you can eat coleslaw and fries that is if you can catch your waitress and you can get them to bring it to you otherwise you will be waiting with no food for your sides to arrive. Great potential but yet another corporation that does not have enough staff on hand to cover and have good customer service.

Burgers are much smaller now (pic) : ( But, my server Kiki was really nice, greeted me with a welcoming smile and provided great service. Also the front end hostess was very nice. I enjoyed the food and will definitely be back.

Reliable. Fries changed and are not as good. Burgers seem smaller but it's worth the money. Kid friendly
