My food arrived just barely warm I waited really long so my food was up and ready but my waitress who was also the bartender was too busy talking to coworkers. Oh I remember now because I used to go here and all you can eat coleslaw and fries that is if you can catch your waitress and you can get them to bring it to you otherwise you will be waiting with no food for your sides to arrive. Great potential but yet another corporation that does not have enough staff on hand to cover...

Burgers are much smaller now (pic) : ( But, my server Kiki was really nice, greeted me with a welcoming smile and provided great service. Also the front end hostess was very nice. I enjoyed the food and will definitely be back.

I have been a patron of Red Robin since it first opened up years ago. Yesterday the service was the worst. We had ordered milkshakes with our meals, we did not get them until a long time after we had finished our meals, our waitress was nowhere close for us to get her attention, or come by to see if everything was okay as what used to be a normal practice. At the end we needed a to go bag, but she seemed occupied with other patrons which we felt we weren't as important to...
