Worst nachos I’ve ever had. The meet was soft ,but zero flavor. The chips were cold and tasted like they were bought at Vons. The meat was cold, the cheese was minimal and what was there never even melted because the whole thing was cold. A year ago I started to go to arsenio’s because the food quality dropped at Robertitos, I thought I would give them another shot. Big mistake. Who ever is running this business better get it together and check your product and quality control or you will fail worse then you are now. My wife said to never buy your food again, thank you for allowing me to purchase dinner twice in one night since the dinner I got from you was horrible.

I've been going to Robertitos for over 30 yrs. Mexican fast food but with flavor. Their chili Verde is so good, they fry the meat so it gets some crisp on the outside so your not just eating soft boiled meat. Spicy and juicy. If the heat is too much, tame it down with some rice added to the burrito. Their other burritos are good as well, such as carnitas. Again the meat gets some crying to crisp it up...yum!
I will say, you have to eat this fresh, when it's hot. It's not low cal, you're gonna get some grease but that's what makes it taste good!

If I could give -(minus)⭐⭐ for the food, I would. Food is one of the worst that I have tasted. The tortillas must be from a cheap provider because once they are cold, they are trash, can't even reheat them they are like cardboard. If anything, rice and beans are ok.

I was so excited for my RTS burrito, my husband went and got it and brought it home for me. It was tasting delicious until I bit right into a twist tie 🤢 It instantly took my appetite away and I couldn’t finish it. Didn’t want to make the drive all the way back to complain but I can’t just let it go. Please be aware of what’s next to the food you’re cooking so this doesn’t happen again. My tooth still hurts.

Robertito’s is the bomb. Super friendly service, very large portions, but so big that you automatically slip into a food coma. I ordered 3 tacos and could have easily walked away after two and been super happy. Great salsa bar and easy parking. Whatcha waiting for fool!

Food was sub par and took forever. Even after waiting my order was wrong and missing items. Alondra was incredibly rude and shouldn't be working in a food service environment. She took 5 minutes to even acknowledge our presence or let us know she would be with us. Her hair was all over the place, she read back my order wrong 3 times and tried to tell me that the tacos don't come with tortillas? When giving me my order she just placed it on the counter, spoke across the restaurant to us to tell us our order was ready and then walked away before even making sure everything was correct (which it wasn't) or making sure we didn't need anything else (which we did). Last but certainly not least, we had to wait at the counter for another 5 minutes to ask for napkins. Would not come here ever again.

For a $14 burrito I’d expect a lotttt better. The CA burrito tasted like it had microwaved fries in it. The meat was bland af. No salsa in it. Sauce is an extra charge now. Just an all around garbage burrito. You’re better off ordering a full meal from country fare cafe that taste way better for less, or don pepe for better quality of food and also less. Casa Corona dishes out a monster of a burrito for 4 bucks more with way more flavor. Hell, go to Al’s Ricos for better flavor than this. Robertito’s is straight trash now, they use to be good, but Robertito’s has fell off.
