Came in with my son for ice cream today the place was super clean and staff was friendly. We got helped out by Kristina.. she was super nice and helpful when we were trying to pick what ice cream to go with. Will be back again!Delicious ice cream!

9 people in line ahead of me looking confused waiting for staff to take order, someone asked if they could order, 2 young ladies were cleaning up sez it's self order. They waited for someone to ask to order while they were all staring at them waiting to take their order. Getting 10 orders in all at once made the wait 30 minutes. They should put a sign up that says, Self Order not Order here where the cashier is usually at. Ice cream always good though ?

This is a sort of cute place with some exquisite options for cold desserts and drinks. Kids are entertained no matter even if it's their 10th visit. You may add fresh ingredients which is excellent. The end product is quite delicious. The portions are quite large so keep that in mind when ordering. I do wish they had some proper 100% sugar free options. I highly recommend this place.

The employees are rude and unhelpful, the service is so slow, and self check out is the only form of payment available. The employees do not help unless you catch their attention, which is extremely difficult, and when they do come over they are extremely rude. The self checkout is difficult to navigate, as certain things on the menu are not where you would think they would be.

Excellent ice cream made from scratch right when you order. Plenty of friendly people working when we visited. It was a little wait to get our order, but worth the time. Very clean, cute and friendly shop! Will definitely bring my family back

Going during the weekday happy hour gets you a regular size cup for the price of a kids cup (save 4 bucks on 2 cups). That said, it's a huge serving. No one in my party was able to finish their servings.Totally sirrrrraaa ??

Me and my family came late Sunday night and it was so busy. Long line and wait time was about 15-20 minutes but we understand because they are so busy. I was looking at how there team would handle a busy time and I have to say this group did a magnificent job. 3 employee and each one have there own station. 1st person start then slide to the 2nd and the 3rd finish it off. I just had to tell one of the employee they are doing great for a busy time.
