Idk what happened. Food was good, I got the spaghetti and meatball. I HATE that I got 1 small meatball and the plate isn’t even cheap. Midway through eating it, I wasn’t feeling good and thought maybe it was just me being me (with my hormones). But after an hour I had severe abdominal pain and diarrhea that lasted for about 2hrs. My father in law also did not feel good and went back to the hotel to lay down. The other people I was with didn’t order the same food, so can’t compare with them.
Real World
This is an Italian food truck always at the corner of Willow and shepherd. They take their time to prepare your order as they prepare fresh. Their are usually two guys in the truck and they both are nice to talk.

I normally do not go out for Italian Food, but this has become a staple for my family. One of our favorite dinner spots. Owner is super cool and nice. Our favorite meal is the Spaghetti and Meatball. Amazing!

Hands down one of our go to when it comes to Italian food! I actually got to meet the owner Andrew when I worked at a convenience store nearby, and honestly just a great guy! Super friendly and outgoing, it reflects onto the food and atmosphere! Never a had bad experience with any workers either, always friendly and welcoming. The food itself always satisfies, always freshly made and given HOT! Always still just as hot and fresh once we get home, which is a little thing but something you don’t always get! We almost always get the Roma Rigatoni, but we have tried the lasagna, meatballs, and their RCBA! Can’t complain about anything! Can’t recommend this family owned food truck more when you’re looking for great Italian food!
Love the Spicy Rigatoni with pink sauce. Very tasty. The Fried Zucchini and pretty much ll their dishes are very good. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I have to say I've tried most Italian places in Clovis and Frseno . Romas is outstanding! They are in my opinion the best in town and its a gourmet food truck . Everything from the Lasagna to the calamari strips is great tasting. If there is only one minor change i would to see is possibly a garlic bread or fresh bread in place of the roll . I can't wait to go back and get food now after writing this ?

I have to say that the food is amazing. I've tasted all of the main meals of pasta alfredo spicy rigatoni and the appetizers are delicious. The calamari strips are great and there is enough for a meal. The mozarella sticks are delicious too. Anything you eat from them is great and I highly recommend if you're wanting a good meal.
