I discovered this pizza place just recently. And me and my 2 girls (13) and (3) love it!! The manager (Raymond) for the place is very kind and courteous. He personally went out of his way to grab a a couple games for this location and we love it!!

This Round Table location was very clean and well-kept. They had a few claw machines that added a fun touch, especially for kids. Our food came out in about 15 minutes and was fresh and delicious. The salad bar was clean and fully stocked, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back. Highly recommend!

Stopped by with the family. Our purchase included 2 lunch buffets (for my wife and I) and a small pizza for my young kids. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the Manager Raymond. Fresh Pizzas kept coming out for the buffet without ever leaving us waiting for refills. The kids pizza also came out quick but without lacking any freshness, taste nor quality. The music choice playing was top notch as well. We hadn't been to this location in a couple of years because we had moved to a town near by. As we were in the area taking care or a few errands we made the stop for lunch at this location. It was definitely better than the last time we were here and plan to return soon again! Thanks Raymond and the entire team for a job well done!

This location is utterly incapable of giving you the full order. You will never receive the sauces you pay for, and the pizza occasionally has an extra note ingredient missing.
The food tastes fine, and it would be alright if they can figure out how to just give customers what they actually ordered.
I’ve probably had 5 pizzas from here this year, and unless you are in the store yourself reminding them, they will not give you everything you ordered. 4 out of 5 times it’s messed up

Pizza is ok But it’s the customer service that’s terrible. These workers are thieves. Twice I’ve ordered pizza with ranch. Once ordered 5 ranches and when it was time to pick up my pizza a brunette female worker tells me they’re out of ranch, and they couldn’t refund me the 8 dollars. Today (11/18/24) I ordered 4 ranches and they gave me only 1 and argued that I didn’t order the rest. They looked up my order and quickly saw that I was right. Unacceptable work ethic

I went in with a coupon that was given to the doctor’s office where I’m employed and the manager Raymond noticed that I messed up because it was for mountain mikes but he still honored the coupon. I wasn’t having a good day and his act of kindness and understanding made my day. The food was delicious and fresh. Will be back for sure for their lunch special.

Our pick-up orders here are hit & miss. There have been several mistakes 4/6 times going here. A couple of times, I had to drive back. At least, the times I have called (after speaking with the call center and waiting to be transferred), they have gladly replaced our orders. The pizzas are inconsistently cooked. Usually, it is not cooked enough, as if it is removed from the oven too soon. We decided to order well done, and it was so overcooked. It was dry. Another issue is air bubbles, which cause the toppings to slide off. Here's a pic of an extra large we ordered where only half was appealing. Most of the cheese slid to one side. The replacement we got was good, but the cuts were absolutely silly and some tiny! To add, when I returned for pick up, it was sitting on the counter for dine in, no box... getting cold. I think we're done with this location. Also, when I came to pick up the remake, no one was watching the oven as pizzas piled up and had major bubbles. It was Saturday evening, with only two employees! A cashier and one guy in the back. Very understaffed for a Saturday.

While we were there, a former employee came to pick up their final check. The manager was refusing to give it to them, even going so far as to hold the check above their head and wave it. Very unprofessional, and I'm not going to give my money to a business that openly disrespects former employees
