Round Table has always been a good and safer "go to" pizza place.... but my last 2 visits we had to wait almost an hour for our pizza (one incident, they got our order wrong). The managers were accommodating and made the wrongs, right. Other than the wait time, the folks here try their best.

We brought my son and his friends for dinner after K1 for his birthday, but the girl at the register told us they were closed because they didn’t have enough staff. At 7:50. On a Friday. I even called earlier in the day to confirm hours because we were inviting friends. Super disappointed.

It took almost an hour to get a medium pizza! I went into the restaurant on the early evening on Halloween and even tipped the person who took my order. At a half hour I asked how much Longer. The indifferent man at the counter said...he's working on yours, shouldn't be long. Then the restaurant started to get busy and inexplicably the man at the front counter disappeared! People began to crowd around the counter, the guy in the back was pounding out the pizzas, box by box but no one other than the delivery guys were getting their orders. I saw several med pizzas go into a storage box of some kind, some for 30 minutes but there was no one at the front counter to hand out the pizzas. Finally, about an hour in, the counter guy finally came out front and handed me a dried up pizza. I was so frustrated I left. I will never go back to this Roundtable. Totally a waste of my time and money. The guy at the front counter should be fired.

Every time I come to pick up my pizza, it’s Hot, Fresh, and service is always super friendly!Call in your order or just download the app(I think it’s the easiest way). I prefer using the app you get rewards and and some special deals. Keep up the work! Can’t wait to order again.

This place sucks we work in the same parking lot as this round table and we're still waiting on our pizza.. it was supposed to be 45min we're going on 1hr 40 min.

I've never been disappointed in the pizza however I waited over an hr and a half and I live less than 2 miles away. When I called at the 1 hr mark to find out where my order was she didn't apologize. Just told me they were waiting for the driver and to please give them 15-20 mins. At 30 mins I called again to see where my order was. She again put me on hold then a male got on the phone and asked how he could help me. I told him to tell me where my order was that I've been waiting an hr and a half for. He proceeds to tell me that he can have it delivered now. Excuse me, what??? I asked for a refund which he politely said he would give me. I will never order here again.

The food was horrible gave use thin crust pizza they charge you hidden fees and they don't tell you they also don't give the drivers the tips. What kinda business it this they charge a delivery fee and don't even let the drivers keep the tip.
