Sashimi Express Clovis

Nice little place with plenty of options and good quality sushi. They have the option to substitute real crab for the fake stuff, which I appreciate since not every sushi place offers that. The dining area doesn't have much ambiance, kind of feels like a food court, so I always just grab my sushi to go - you can go on their website and order online, just make sure you select the correct location.

It's good fast food sushi but you can't call to place an order because it goes directly to a voicemail saying the mailbox is full

I usually have a pretty high bar when it comes to Japanese food, and this place meets it. I had a large Bento box, was pleased with the service, price, and quality.

They aren’t too skimpy on the proteins, the rice has good texture, and their sauces/dressings are delicious. The miso soup was above average as well, and it was a nice surprise to have that included as that isn’t always a standard add-on for this type of establishment.

Super nice staff, yummy food, and overall a really cute and clean place (bathrooms very nice). I am on a diet so fresh, healthy, affordable meals eating out can be challenging but it was very filling and satifying :) <3 will definitely become a regular here! Thanks 🙏

I recently visited Sashimi Express and had a disappointing experience due to the chef's rude and arrogant demeanor. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, he spoke to customers without any manners, which overshadowed the quality of the food. While the dishes were enjoyable, the negative interaction with the chef left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this behavior to enhance the overall dining experience.

Amazing food. The food quality was up there. Got two different rolls, small bento, and a large bento. I left full but not feeling heavy. It is in the pricey side. Paid $60 for all of it but it worth it.

I love this place! My friend and I are big foodies from Seattle - this place's vibes, food, and price is beyond what we were hoping for in California. The owner was even nice to give me a free spicy bowl bc he got my order wrong and thought I ordered a spicy roll.

Went for the first time and loved it, we ordered the large bento box and it was so good very filling the soup was good very hot on a cold day. I got their green tea in a bottle never had i will get it again. I will go again soon.

We ordered 2 sushi rolls: california roll and (I think) red dragon roll, along with 2 chashu pork ramen; one pork broth one miso. The food were delicious. 10/10 would come back for the ramen and walk out with some mochi ice cream next time.
