by far the worst place to get food from. aging equipment so they cant hear you properly and you spend 15 minutes waiting for them to send somebody out to take your order just for them to get it wrong and missing items. after waiting about half an hour just to get my food i had to get out of my car just to get a manager and sort out the problem. If you are thinking about eating here, dont.

We found two hairs in our food, one in the fries and one at the bottom of our chicken container. I tried to call the store to let them know but the number is disconnected. Each time we’ve gone there is always something wrong or forgotten in our order.

Worker through the speaker was unprofessional and rude. We made sure to order 2 burgers and he even said he added it at the end; however he didn’t. Later on, he gave us the wrong burger and was just very unorganized.

Yesterday I purchased a crispy chicken sandwich from The Sonic on Herndon and when I took a bite it completely burned the corner of my mouth. I woke up today with a blister on the side of my mouth. Be cautious friends!
