by far the worst place to get food from. aging equipment so they cant hear you properly and you spend 15 minutes waiting for them to send somebody out to take your order just for them to get it wrong and missing items. after waiting about half an hour just to get my food i had to get out of my car just to get a manager and sort out the problem. If you are thinking about eating here, dont.

We found two hairs in our food, one in the fries and one at the bottom of our chicken container. I tried to call the store to let them know but the number is disconnected. Each time we’ve gone there is always something wrong or forgotten in our order.

Alexander and manager very slow. It was not busy at all. My order was a small order it took 20 minutes. Don't come here. Poor management.
Worker through the speaker was unprofessional and rude. We made sure to order 2 burgers and he even said he added it at the end; however he didn’t. Later on, he gave us the wrong burger and was just very unorganized.

Yesterday I purchased a crispy chicken sandwich from The Sonic on Herndon and when I took a bite it completely burned the corner of my mouth. I woke up today with a blister on the side of my mouth. Be cautious friends!

We sat outside trying to order, and on Friday the 18th at 10:50pm the woman who was on shift was insanely rude. She couldn't hear us ordering so we asked for our order multiple times, waited, and when we pressed the button a second time (having gotten no service for 4 minutes) she said "you guys can order or you can leave the parking lot." Unbelievable. We told her we had been trying to order for 4 minutes and instead of apologizing for her horrible attitude she struggled still to understand our order and then took 17 minutes to deliver 2 milkshakes. The man who delivered our milkshakes was courteous, but the woman's attitude left a horrible taste in our mouths so next time we'll just go to in-n-out.
