Worker through the speaker was unprofessional and rude. We made sure to order 2 burgers and he even said he added it at the end; however he didn’t. Later on, he gave us the wrong burger and was just very unorganized.

We sat outside trying to order, and on Friday the 18th at 10:50pm the woman who was on shift was insanely rude. She couldn't hear us ordering so we asked for our order multiple times, waited, and when we pressed the button a second time (having gotten no service for 4 minutes) she said "you guys can order or you can leave the parking lot." Unbelievable. We told her we had been trying to order for 4 minutes and instead of apologizing for her horrible attitude she struggled still to understand our order and then took 17 minutes to deliver 2 milkshakes. The man who delivered our milkshakes was courteous, but the woman's attitude left a horrible taste in our mouths so next time we'll just go to in-n-out.

Liz is amazing! I come multiple times a day and she is amazing and always fast with service! She always has a smile on her face! She cleans more than she has too lol but no matter what’s going on she will always make you feel welcomed! Don’t underestimate sonic employees especially liz! They will make you laugh no matter what kind of day your having! Sonic give her a raise!
Parking: Why is parking important? More questions about parking than staff and food that’s weird?
Kid-friendliness: I come with my kids and she remembers their names and always greets them with a smile

Went to Sonic this afternoon of 9/10/24 after 1pm. First I thought the place was closed so I drove to the window. I was met with someone that needs to make payments towards a personality. What is customer service. He was absent that day or lifetime. I ordered two beef hot dogs, mango lemonade and ice tea. Usually when you say thank you to someone they say you’re welcome. Not at this location. If this is the best in the interview I’ll stay away from this location. I only g to Sonic cuz my husband loves the mango lemonade. Not a problem for me to stay away. The best employee at this location is the older lady that’s an asset to this company.

Most pathetic I have ever seen any drive thru service,, there was no car behind me or at front but I waited from more than 15 minutes. super slow and very bad service..even the quantity is worst. I spend $15 for 1 combo but I never see this low quantity comparing to other places. And when they gave me soda from window it all opened and spill on me and my car window.

Love this place, only place it seems you can get exactly what you order, fast and fresh, waaaaaaay better than the clowns place, lines are shorter than that place that closes on Sunday and the menu is better and tastier than the place that claims to have you in and out, and I've seen people wait 30 minutes for food and in my day waiting that long your food should be free, and way more affordable than that one star place (that used to be ? ? ? ? ?) Keep up the good work and make your "wavy" fries thicker, talk to corporate...
Parking: You can park and order without all the stop and go, not to mention the exhaust
Kid-friendliness: Never had a problem with kids here, now McDonald's and burger King on the other hand no one watches their kids it's like free day care for these parents...

Attempted to go through the drive thru. Accidentally went the wrong way. When at the intercom and menu was told by staff that I came in the WRONG WAY. He proceeded to tell me to go around. He would not take my order. I went around and then he proceeded to say welcome to Sonic how may i help you. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude employee.
