I’ve been waiting for 32 minutes. What ordered a limeade and a snack wrap. I’m so bored I’m writing this review in my car. Also when I got here there was 1 other car, now there are 4. And no one has ordered outside in that same time review. I’m at 34 min now….2:01pm Sunday.

No matter which one I go to, they screw up my order all every time....a chocolate milkshake with no whipped cream and no cherry. How hard is that? It's never mixed all the way, takes forever and they still get it wrong.

Milk shake review only. Quality is very good. Try the strawberry, though expect your straw to clog up with fruit. The VALUE MENU has $1.99 shakes in the 16oz size. I was lucky to be there at the right time for half-price shakes in any size!!!

I had the same experience from other reviews about this place, I shouldve read them before. I showed up at 10:35 p.m clicked the button to order. There were no other vehicles or customers. The workers inside were just walking around and never took my order or anything. Tried to order from the app but it said it was no longer available. If they don't want to help after 10 p.m they should close at 10 p.m and state that. Save yourself the trip here.

They messed up on my order and acted like I was a problem lol wth.. food was pretty good tho, the smash burger is fair and so are the chilli cheese tots. Just a terrible attitude from the workers for some reason

I was there at 10:40 just for a slushe, they are supposed to choose at 11, and the worker there didn't take my order on drive thru or the menu, lights on, I saw her just going around the inside, waiting for 11 to hit

Not only did they not get the order right but they took back some of the order that wrong but they kept the money they overcharged for the wrong menu item and shorted me items I paid for.

I went to Willow/Nees location today. There was 1 other car there & 2 in drive-thru. I pushed the red button to order & waited. And waited. And waited. I could see the employees inside. They weren't even busy. I left. Disappointing. I'm not one to leave negative reviews usually but I just saw the Sonic smash burger commercial & that's what I wanted today! Darnit 😠

We pushed the button. It said it was activated. So, then we waited nearly 10 mins. The button then said to push for service. We were not going to wait another 10 minutes before someone to talk to us. Since no one had the courtesy to let us know, We will be with you in a moment. We just left along with three other cars.
