We pushed the button. It said it was activated. So, then we waited nearly 10 mins. The button then said to push for service. We were not going to wait another 10 minutes before someone to talk to us. Since no one had the courtesy to let us know, We will be with you in a moment. We just left along with three other cars.

My food rating is for drinks and ice cream, I rarely get food from Sonic. I come for the drinks and shakes.

Way to much salt. The burger was salty, the fries were salty and the cheese dog was salty and I like salty foods. Food is not fresh and the fries taste like they have been reheated. Forty dollars down the drain. The young lady at the window was very polite and friendly. The outside of the restaurant needs to be cleaned (power wash). The place looks like trash. This place reminds you of the kind of place you eat at once a year just to remind yourself why you don't eat there.

Dietary restrictions: Don't eat here if you have high blood pressure.

Learned tonight that if you show up 10 minutes before closing they're just not going to take your order and pretend they don't see you at the window. Awesome.

Worst fast food service I’ve ever experienced. One particular employee was very rude when I politely asked her to change my soda because they had brought me the wrong one. No biggie it happens. But she proceeded to argue with me about a food order I had waited on for over 25 min (after I spoke directly with a different employee about said order). “You waited 25 min because you didn’t check in”. We checked in but that doesn’t matter because we spoke to someone about bringing it out. I wasn’t upset, just wanted my food. She, however, was very upset ? Do better sonic. It’s just Dr Pepper and Motz sticks.

Really bad experience.
Ordered online. Checked in at the stall. Got drink after waiting for about 10 minutes. I said I had food waiting. She said she’d go check. 20 minutes go by (no joke) and nothing. We drove through to see what was up. The employee opened the window and said nothing. The service was honestly appalling. We kindly informed the worker that we got the wrong drink. She stared and said nothing. We asked if she needed it back. She said “um yes” in a very rude way and proceeded to stare. She replaced the drink, said nothing, and the slammed the window shut. Then I waited for her to come back because we had the food. We informed her about the food and she says “well did you even check in?” We explained that we had, had been waiting, and got a drink to the stall that we’d checked into. She shut the window and turned around and then opened the window, tossed our food to us, and that was it. Seriously bad experience. I’m not from here, but I’d avoid it if I was a local.

Why is there no service at the park and order section, but only at the drive thru??? No one answers after the red button is pushed. AND Drive thru is terribly SLOW. I ended up driving away. Terrible service, to no service. What's going on with these Sonics in Fresno and Clovis? It is evident DEI is running these places.

Terrible service, we order 1 small drink and it takes over 10 minutes. There were 2 young workers, one female one male, the female was claiming to the manager. They then proceeded to kick us out. Absolutely unreal, needs new staff ASAP.
