The food was disgusting. Could not finish the burgers. The meat was mush. Took a bite and it was just so soggy. The bread, the tomato, and meat just blended into a soggy mess. Drenched in mayo. My fiancé enjoyed the jalapeño poppers and tots. I knew it wasn’t going to be great based on the last experience but this time sealed it. Won’t be going back. It’s gone downhill. Spent way too much. Not worth it.

Would have given 0 stars if that were possible. Stopped by Sonic to grab a drink and tried ordering through the drive-thru. They asked me to wait for a bit, so I did. When I finally tried to place my order, the speaker volume was extremely loud — it actually hurt my ear, and my little one in the car started crying. I drove off and decided to order from one of the bays instead. I parked at bay #4, pressed the red button, and waited for 10 minutes. No one came or even acknowledged me. The store wasn’t busy at all — there were no cars in the drive-thru and no visible rush — yet the staff just ignored customers. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic.

Came here at 10:55 to get a quick soda because they have my favorite beverages. Did not want to bother with food because they’re obviously closing. No response from drive thru, no response from side kiosks, no response from drive thru window, and no response at the dine outside kiosks. Get people that actually work their job! Or that tell customers that it’s actually closed! I saw someone walking inside and they didn’t even bat an eye🙂. Fire the closing shift for Wednesday night<3

I’ve been waiting for 32 minutes. What ordered a limeade and a snack wrap. I’m so bored I’m writing this review in my car. Also when I got here there was 1 other car, now there are 4. And no one has ordered outside in that same time review. I’m at 34 min now….2:01pm Sunday.

No matter which one I go to, they screw up my order all every time....a chocolate milkshake with no whipped cream and no cherry. How hard is that? It's never mixed all the way, takes forever and they still get it wrong.
Ruben and his side kick the absolute best. I go every day for my lil beve! They deserve a raise

Milk shake review only. Quality is very good. Try the strawberry, though expect your straw to clog up with fruit. The VALUE MENU has $1.99 shakes in the 16oz size. I was lucky to be there at the right time for half-price shakes in any size!!!

I had the same experience from other reviews about this place, I shouldve read them before. I showed up at 10:35 p.m clicked the button to order. There were no other vehicles or customers. The workers inside were just walking around and never took my order or anything. Tried to order from the app but it said it was no longer available. If they don't want to help after 10 p.m they should close at 10 p.m and state that. Save yourself the trip here.
