Staff was super quick to get me my drink despite how packed it was! However, the lady taking my order got my drink completely wrong. I asked for no whip, and only 3 pumps of syrup in my cinnamon dolce latte. She put the order in as 3 pumps of classic syrup (instead of the usual cinnamon dolce syrup) and still gave me whip. I believe her name was Eliza. She was sweet and she could have just been new, but my drink is totally messed up and doesn’t taste good at all. I didn’t bother saying anything because of how packed it was, but this location is usually super good at not messing up orders! So I was a lil disappointed.

Super disappointed in the customer service with the baristas making the coffee this morning. We went in 40 minutes early on the way to my grandsons game, and waited 25 minutes for our last drink, which was a Vento coffee, with sf vanilla and heavy cream. When I asked the barista about the last drink, which we had ordered at the counter at 7:35am, he said it was still in the queue. He didn't bother checking, nor seemed to care that we were still waiting. They seem to focus all their attention on the drive through, which was faster than waking in, and the mobile orders
Customer service should be to notch, you should be helpful to customers you see waiting there for over 25 minutes! Super super disappointed in you guys!

Very bad customer service. They were like 8 employees trying to get everybody’s food and they got them all mixed up, missing items, and when I got mine I was missing a wrap which I paid again and they got confused saying they gave it to me already which I didn’t. Never coming back to this location again.

You know, it's become the norm, having to wait longer and longer than the rest of the other customers going thru drive thru. And, it doesn't matter about the location either. My wife and I had just left our doctor's appointment and wanted a cup of coffee and possibly something to have with our coffee so, we decided to get off our vehicle and sit down to have our drinks. We ordered a venti cup of pike's coffee with a croissant sandwich, and I had a venti cafe Americano with almond milk and a bacon sandwich. My wife's coffee came right away, our sandwiches came over 10 minutes later, and finally, my cafe Americano came out. In the meantime, at least 10, if not more orders were processed and picked up, and my sandwich had already gotten cold. Didn't want to make a big deal, so we ate our sandwiches as best we could. Afterwards, I asked my wife if she wanted anything else and she mentioned that she'd like a chocolate croissant, so I got up and ordered what she wanted and I ordered a slice of the pumpkin loaf. Again, the wait was long, and I began to see a pattern developing...if you come in to place an order, you better be prepared to wait! Really, how long does it take to warm up 2 pastries? I get it, and I guess other's orders seem to take precedence over mine, or so it seems. But like I said earlier, this is happening at all Starbuck's. With all the many people which are crowded behind the counter, perhaps, someone needs to see if the level of service might be able to get tweaked a bit, and get to those who have stood in, ordered their drinks and or snacks, and try to get their items on a more timely matter? Moreover, if this is a peek into the future of "fast food", then, people that
work at places like Starbuck's should maybe take look from the other side of the counter and experience what the customer is experiencing, and perhaps, take note of what they can do to make it better for the customer.

The staff is welcoming and the cafe is a nice place to sit and study or just hang out. They forgot the lemonade in my black tea lemonade one time but were willing to remake my drink at no extra charge.
