In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Staff was super quick to get me my drink despite how packed it was! However, the lady taking my order got my drink completely wrong. I asked for no whip, and only 3 pumps of syrup in my cinnamon dolce latte. She put the order in as 3 pumps of classic syrup (instead of the usual cinnamon dolce syrup) and still gave me whip. I believe her name was Eliza. She was sweet and she could have just been new, but my drink is totally messed up and doesn’t taste good at all. I didn’t...

You know, it's become the norm, having to wait longer and longer than the rest of the other customers going thru drive thru. And, it doesn't matter about the location either. My wife and I had just left our doctor's appointment and wanted a cup of coffee and possibly something to have with our coffee so, we decided to get off our vehicle and sit down to have our drinks. The staff is welcoming and the cafe is a nice place to sit and study or just hang out. They forgot the lemonade in my black tea lemonade one time but were willing to remake my drink at no extra charge.
