Despite what other reviews say, this Starbucks is consistently excellent. Even during the busiest times, my order is always accurate and made perfectly. The whole team is great, but Mason and Norma truly stand out — they go above and beyond every single visit. I’m here regularly, and they even have my drink memorized! Their friendliness and attention to detail make every stop here a genuinely pleasant experience. This location is easily the best in the area — by far the most consistent and well-run Starbucks around.

Must've poured warm coffee in my cold brew because it completely watered the ice down and tasted like watered down coffee. Wont be coming back to this location for drinks.

SEEN A HUGE DECLINE in customer service and drinks not made correctly in this location My sweet cream cold brew is way too dark in color and not enough cream being put in. Person talking orders always rude.

You guys need to check your shift supervisor that works there. Her name is Amy and she’s always yelling every time i go. I asked her for a napkin because my drink had caramel all over it and then she looked at me like i’m dumb and threw the napkin at me with the worst attitude ever. I have never experienced this before. I thought starbucks was about the customer experience but I will never go to this location ever again because of her. Please fire her or do something about it.

I come here every morning to buy drinks. Everything is fine, except for an old lady named Amy is quite rude. This is not the first time she has done this to me. Every time I ask for a straw, she throws it at me and walks away without a smile. It is so rude and disappointing. very bad

Would give it ZERO STARS if I could. Went June 14, Saturday from around the times 7:20-7:30. The receipt says 7:27 exactly. We (my mother and I) went through the drive thru, going to order a drink and Starbucks gift cards. We ended up not getting the drink and the girl said ok for us to go to the window to get the gift cards. When we get to the window she has a horrible attitude! We get our cards with no sleeve, I asked can I have a sleeve. The girl says they don’t have any left. We then asked could we get 2 more cards. She said no and we have to go inside to get them! MIND YOU, there is NO ONE at the drive thru and NO ONE inside the cafe. We then were so tired and said could please do it here. She said I will get my manger. The so called manger comes which we eventually finds out is the shift lead. He comes and we ask for 2 more cards he precedes to reach right below the cash register at the drive thru and gives us the cards WITH SLEEVES!! I then asked, “the girl who was just with us said there was no sleeves” Anyways we asked for the girls name, the man says, “I am the shift lead and I don’t think I am allowed to give it to you.” I have worked at Starbucks and you have to sign a paper where ONE you give permission to give your name because it will be in on your name tag and TWO be accountable of your actions. We have been to this Starbucks since it opened and never encountered such awful customer service, disrespect and downright selfish behavior. We know the manger personally and will be speaking to them. Starbucks needs to rethink who they hire because we are truly truly appalled.

This location is great. I love the extra touch they always add to your cup. Sometimes a cute sticker, sometimes a little note. It makes me smile in the “before caffeinated” phase of my day.

On 3/31at 9:30 am, there was an older women working (long brown/gray hair, wearing a mask) and she was so incredibly LOUD. She was shouting everyone’s order out like she was at a stadium. Everyone inside had the same look on their face like why was she yelling so aggressively.. she even scared my baby by the way she was yelling. The drink was great and made quick but if you know who this employee is, I’d talk with her about her demeanor and volume, it was very overwhelming and obvious other employees were uncomfortable by it as well.
