Would give it ZERO STARS if I could. Went June 14, Saturday from around the times 7:20-7:30. The receipt says 7:27 exactly. We (my mother and I) went through the drive thru, going to order a drink and Starbucks gift cards. We ended up not getting the drink and the girl said ok for us to go to the window to get the gift cards. When we get to the window she has a horrible attitude! We get our cards with no sleeve, I asked can I have a sleeve. The girl says they don’t have any left. We then asked could we get 2 more cards. She said no and we have to go inside to get them! MIND YOU, there is NO ONE at the drive thru and NO ONE inside the cafe. We then were so tired and said could please do it here. She said I will get my manger. The so called manger comes which we eventually finds out is the shift lead. He comes and we ask for 2 more cards he precedes to reach right below the cash register at the drive thru and gives us the cards WITH SLEEVES!! I then asked, “the girl who was just with us said there was no sleeves” Anyways we asked for the girls name, the man says, “I am the shift lead and I don’t think I am allowed to give it to you.” I have worked at Starbucks and you have to sign a paper where ONE you give permission to give your name because it will be in on your name tag and TWO be accountable of your actions. We have been to this Starbucks since it opened and never encountered such awful customer service, disrespect and downright selfish behavior. We know the manger personally and will be speaking to them. Starbucks needs to rethink who they hire because we are truly truly appalled.

This location is great. I love the extra touch they always add to your cup. Sometimes a cute sticker, sometimes a little note. It makes me smile in the “before caffeinated” phase of my day.

On 3/31at 9:30 am, there was an older women working (long brown/gray hair, wearing a mask) and she was so incredibly LOUD. She was shouting everyone’s order out like she was at a stadium. Everyone inside had the same look on their face like why was she yelling so aggressively.. she even scared my baby by the way she was yelling. The drink was great and made quick but if you know who this employee is, I’d talk with her about her demeanor and volume, it was very overwhelming and obvious other employees were uncomfortable by it as well.

The drinks used to be made really good here most of the times but lately the last few months, most of the time our drinks doesn’t turn out right. They either taste water down of coffee and or flavors. And when you order an iced venti, but they put so much ice that it’s really only a small or smaller than a small. Or an iced venti matcha green tea and half of it is foam and only half is the actual drink or too much ice. Their drinks aren’t cheap and when paying that much for a drink you would expect it to be made right

I have had 2 recent visits where serviced failed a bit. One Saturday was a 2 for $10. Husband waited 20 min. I never did get confirmation if my drink was made. I had to call CS for a refund. Today, i waited in the store after sending an order through the phone app. I finally asked about it. My drink was sitting by the drive-through.
Also, the phone app messed up. I ordered 2 mocha fraps and bakery items. Deal was for any mocha, a frap and bakery item. App wouldn't accept my frap as a mocha. I had to order another drink.
Most of the time, i love starbucks and rewards.

rude, reckless customer services. i would give neg 5 star if i could. mess up and they just keep talking and kidding, waiting for my drink almost 30 minutes and the store did not busy at all. definitely never come back. sunday, august 29th at ~13:00 pm. for whoever employees work at that time.

Waited for 30 minutes, asked for light ice and they filled the whole cup with ice and only 1/4 drink. Also asked for no whip and creme base because i’m lactose intolerant and they gave me everything i didn’t ask for. They also were rude when we asked about the drinks. Will not be returning.

I try to avoid this location because I’ve had multiple issues at this location and the manager is not helpful. Tonight I went in to buy a cup and she scanned it and said it’s not in her register so she can’t sell it. Why do you have so much product out that can’t be sold? You already don’t have a large selection but you told me this happened with your other cups. Shouldn’t you make sure they can be sold before putting them out? Makes no sense to me.

This by far the worst Starbucks! It’s not once, twice, or 3 times they’ve messed up. You can never get light ice, they oversell the ice to only give you a sip of your drink. They can never get your order correct and when asking for add ons or take away from drinks they can never get it correct. I live 2 minutes away but drive 15 minutes to the one on Temperance/168
