I have had 2 recent visits where serviced failed a bit. One Saturday was a 2 for $10. Husband waited 20 min. I never did get confirmation if my drink was made. I had to call CS for a refund. Today, i waited in the store after sending an order through the phone app. I finally asked about it. My drink was sitting by the drive-through.

I live in Visalia, but I work in Clovis. I will say this…… This is the only Starbucks that I have frequented that has never once messed up an order of mine. I go every morning for work and even when there’s a rush hour, the wait is minimal. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Amazing team!

I frequent this location often. I use the mobile order feature on my way to work. This one is a hit and miss for me. The staff is for the most part friendly. However they seem to have a shortage of something almost every day. When using mobile order on your way to work, its a bit jarring to hear that your drink hasn't been made yet due to a missing ingredient. This has happened to me a handful of times.
