The all crew was AMAZING!!! Mac the chef cooker was explaining nice to everyone, and the manager Erik bring a lots of energy to his crew. I do recommend this starbucks 100% to everyone are in this town (Clovis California)

I called because my drink had too much ice. I had specifically asked for light ice. When I came back to store to get a remake they told me I had to bring back my drink full. So you’re telling me I can’t drink the drink I paid for because I have to wait to come back to your Starbucks location for you to make it right and waste an extra 20 minutes I don’t have because you couldn’t get my drink right? Maritza had the audacity to say “ she can’t be giving away all kinds of drinks.” I don’t need a free drink I just need the drink I ordered and paid for made right. Sorry but, you can’t treat customers like they’re in the wrong to excuse your lack of training.

Bad reviews written on off a single visit are hilarious. There's no way that you could really understand a business's average performance from one visit. I come here everyday during the work week. The Barista's remember my name, drink and what time I usually come by. Very nice staff, and usually pretty quick even if there's a line.

Honestly? I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is by far my favorite location. The staff here are super nice and attentive, always greeting everyone that walks through the door. The abundant outlets really help for those that need to power their gadgets and I really like the leather seating. I must admit the drive thru entrance can be tricky to get in but I mainly come here to study. Overall, it’s just a vibe!
