They had people in the drive thru collecting donations for the special Olympics and thats great and I made a donation but I feel they should be closer to the store and not too close to the drive-thru for their safety and for the safety of the customers.

For the most part, Starbucks is a great place to get a beverage that will give you the pick up you need to get through the day! The food is very good but could use bigger portions. The service varies from store to store but most of the time it's very good and in a lot of cases extremely great!!! The atmosphere is solid in most of the stores. Out of everything stated on this survey, the atmosphere could use the most improvement.

Left a review before, felt it was too harsh. Today’s visit just solidified it for me, should’ve kept the harsh review. Horrible service, yes the workers work fast, but customer service wise, it’s terrible. The fact I’m waiting to get a straw & there’s no one asking me if I need anything, I have to lean over to the WORKER’S side of the counter to get a straw when they simply could provide one for me is ridiculous.

Had one issue with my coffee, asked to have it remade. The entire time, all the workers stood around and talked about my coffee and what was wrong with it. Did not remake it, just gave me back the exact same cup with drink stamp from 30 min prior, and drink. Then when I called to ask, the manager “Matt” I’m sure that’s a fake name, proceeded to condescend and say that giving back a used cup was not a problem. Did not apologize for the first mistake, and still confirmed giving me back the same watered down drink was fine, and then offered corporate number to call. What kind of employee acts that way over a simple remake. Will never be coming back, need to hire quality employees
My 8 years old baby and niece wanted pink drink and vanilla bean drinks. Searched google and found this hidden Starbucks that I've driven by 100x. It's not really hidden lol but it's an old building you wouldn't notice unless you're a Starbucks drinker. The first time you go there, it might just look like a drive-through only, but they actually serve walk-ins, too. The inside is like most Starbucks, cozy looking, but busy with lots of customers. We happen to arrive on a training day and received free mocha drinks with our order. Starbucks, from my experience doing walk-ins, have always had great services. It wasn't any different at this Starbucks. I recommend this Starbucks because it's in an area with lots of room to park. Drive through is easily accessible, too.

Always a positive experience when getting my coffee here. Super friendly staff, and comfortable seating in cafe.
Parking: Parking in front will get crowded during peak hours, but huge lot adjacent to building.
The folks who work here are the NICEST people I’ve ever come across at a Starbucks. Comfy, plenty of outlets, your standard great Starbucks. Extra kudos to the team here.

This morning I went drive thru to buy a hot coffee. I ordered a grande dark roast coffee and a banana nut bread ?. My coffee ☕️ was cold. It looks like the coffee was sitting there for a while. This Starbucks location needs to improve their service and make sure the hot coffee is hot in the morning.
