This Starbucks sucks. The employees and management are rude.
I had a crappy experience where an employee forgot one of my drinks and rolled her eyes when I reminded her and she threw the drink at me.
When I asked to speak with the manager, he didn't seem to care at all. He even got a little confrontational.
Please do not come here. I even mentioned it to another employee and he told me that he was already planning on quitting because everyone here is miserable.

The employee must be a new hired 'cause not once but multiple times he had punch in the wrong drink or make it wrong! And when we asked for it to be remade he just said oh sorry and hand it to us. I didnt want to make it a big deal but it's happening so often. I dnt think he knows what he's doing. I am going to another location.

Starbucks letās do better we would like our coffee. If we ask for less ice, we would like our coffee if we pay for four shots to add to our coffee would like the bigger cup please or put it in a 2nd cup because itās ridiculous. I love the coffee here, but I would also love great customer service someone who has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years Today. I was very disappointed with the shop. Letās do better.

Unusual location in half of an old bank. Employees are great and the food/drinks are good. Unfortunately the corporate greed is out of control, paying ceo and execs exorbitant amount of money and not paying employees enough!!

This Starbucks needs serious attention. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in providing even basic customer service. I asked about the Blended Strawberry Lemonadeāa caffeine-free drink listed on the menuāand was told āeverything here has caffeine,ā which is just false.
While I was still ordering, the barista cut me off and said it was ātoo lateā to make changes because the drink was already being made. I hadnāt even finished speaking. Thatās not just bad serviceāitās disrespectful.
Iāve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but the poor attitudes and low standards are a pattern. Whoever manages this store needs to retrain the staff immediately. This is not the Starbucks experience customers expect or deserve.

There are few staff members my family and I look forward to seeing, the rest are very rude for no reason. As soon as you press the no tip option they drop their customer service act and make poor quality drinks.

They had people in the drive thru collecting donations for the special Olympics and thats great and I made a donation but I feel they should be closer to the store and not too close to the drive-thru for their safety and for the safety of the customers.
