They had people in the drive thru collecting donations for the special Olympics and thats great and I made a donation but I feel they should be closer to the store and not too close to the drive-thru for their safety and for the safety of the customers.
For the most part, Starbucks is a great place to get a beverage that will give you the pick up you need to get through the day! The food is very good but could use bigger portions. The service varies from store to store but most of the time it's very good and in a lot of cases extremely great!!! The atmosphere is solid in most of the stores. Out of everything stated on this survey, the atmosphere could use the most improvement.
Left a review before, felt it was too harsh. Today’s visit just solidified it for me, should’ve kept the harsh review. Horrible service, yes the workers work fast, but customer service wise, it’s terrible. The fact I’m waiting to get a straw & there’s no one asking me if I need anything, I have to lean over to the WORKER’S side of the counter to get a straw when they simply could provide one for me is ridiculous.
