Decided to come here for my lunch but they were close 15 mins before the actual closing time.

This is my grande shaken espresso it’s literally just milk we came through the drive thru the girl seemed like we were a bother and then gives us milk

I always order my food from this location only but when i say no sugar in my order they never listen and put sugar in it it happened all the time i don’t know why they do it

No more free pup cups or cups of water for dogs. Disappointed given how much I generally spend there a year in coffee, drinks, and snacks.

Note this was the Saturday morning shift supervisors call. Time to take my buisness elsewhere.

Outstanding products & service!

Staff is friendly and professional and service is good, but too many unsupervised and disruptive high school students hang out here and take up space without actually buying anything.

I come here frequently to get drinks for myself and my coworkers. I will be finding a new location because of Clair. I put in an order in and it was made incorrectly. When I have an issue with a drink I try to be as nice as possible bringing it up because these baristas deal with a lot. Clair stood there and argued with another batista about not wanting to remake my drink and it seemed like she couldn't understand that my drink with cold foam did not get whipped cream. This took a solid five to ten minutes of her just arguing and refusing to remake my drink. She could have remade it multiple times in the time she spent arguing. I don't know if she was arguing with a supervisor or what but the way she was speaking to her coworker was incredibly disrespectful. I have seen her have an attitude almost every time I have been to this location. Everyone else is always happy but her negative energy overshadows every other part of the experience. Saying that remaking drinks that YOU messed up is stupid and that you don't want to do it!? That's your whole job and maybe if you did it right the first time you wouldn't have to remake it. Customer service is not for everyone. She should find a new job.

Seemed upset that we ordered through the app and used personal cups. They made a minor error in one drink and the remake appeared to be dramatic.

It's a very clean location! The staff are very casual and extremely friendly and helpful. The cashier that night helped my mom get her gift card set up and put in the numbers for her, and helped us get a good deal on our beverages.They are NOT open till 10:30 anymore: only until 10:00 PM. They are open from 4:30, though; earlybirds rejoice!It's a very spacious seating area, and the outside seating is shady and comfortable, if a little close to the cars. The chargers are plentiful, and there is soft seating. The WIFI is unusually fast here. Also: there is a large amount of ADA accessible seating here, in fact it's the majority.All in all, 10/10 location! Highly reccomend.
