I ordered on the app and picked up in store and noticed my venti drink had ice but I wanted no ice, which is something I’ve never had an issue with at any other Starbucks. The male employee responded something like without ice, it’s going to look empty. I said that was fine. Instead of just pouring the ice out, he made a new drink and gave me a venti cup that was barely 1/3 full. When I pushed back and asked for the original drink instead but pour the ice out, he poured it into another cup and it was at least half full. That made it obvious that he purposely made me a smaller drink and tried to pass it off as a venti. This felt petty and intentional. He gains nothing by shorting a customer. It’s honestly sad especially thinking about how he might treat other customers with more complex requests or what his coworkers have to put up with. Really disappointing experience and unfortunately not my first at this specific location but this one crossed the line

Nothing against this location. Starbucks in general has been changing for the worse. Removing products and forcing the staff to be hostile to people wanting to sit inside. Not very ‘third place’ of them.

my son and nephew have expensive electric scooters, they have been enjoying riding throughout Clovis stopping at a few local stores no issue entering these buildings with their scooters, I told them to meet me at the Starbucks (this location) I was across town I’d be there soon, they went in with the scooters sat down waiting for me, my son has a chest camera recording at all times, 6 mins later a manger came up to them asking if they were going to purchase anything and if not they need to leave. Do all employees make it a habit to address everyone who takes a seat first to approach them asking these questions? I have been to several Starbucks locations sat down waiting for my girlfriends I have meetings with my employees there I have never been approached and asked if I am going to purchase anything. (Which we all do but sometimes I do not go order right away). I was sickened watching the video! My son than said ok I’ll purchase something now. The manger responded you can’t have the scooters in here it’s POLICY ! Which I know is false I’ve seen scooters inside before at other locations so I contacted corporate they explain to me there is NO such policy that prohibits electric scooters to enter the store. So I’m very disappointed in the behavior of this manager very unprofessional and unfortunately they had to leave the store. Management need further training to have a positive interaction with people regardless if they are purchasing now or waiting to purchase the boys felt attacked and pressured when I was on the way to enjoy some Starbucks with them.

Even though I asked for no cheese, there was still cheese inside, I had to pluck it out. For someone with a bad dairy allergy, this sucks. I had to throw it out.. Bummer. With this economy to have to waste money on food I can not eat, it's a shame indeed.

There’s like 1 million Starbucks in the Fresno/Clovis area, this is my favorite. I come here all the time, and I’ve never had less than great service!!

Jen made me the best cortado! ✨. I had a less than great cortado at a different Starbucks recently and she totally changed my mind about the drink! Thanks Jen! ☺️

Best Starbucks out of all I've been too. I'm addicted to their hot chocolate and do a SB mobile order 6 days a week mostly from this location when I am not traveling. I have some very specific preferences to my order that make it outside of the norm and have never had any problem with my specialized mobile order being ready when the app said it would be ready and my special requirements have always been done correctly. The workers at this location are always welcoming and friendly even during their busiest hours and when it is busy, boy do they hustle. I've been traveling again recently and read reviews of other SB locations and there are so many poor reviews for other SB locations. Traveling has made me realize how good I have it at my normal SB location and that I really needed to write a review to let others know what an unusually AWESOME job this particular SB location does each and every day.

I was not impressed with the service at this location. Evening crew on 8/27 was not the most welcoming. No acknowledgement when I came to the counter, and there were not many people in the cafe at all. A simple greeting would’ve been nice. They also didn’t notify me when my order was ready, so my item was just sitting out. Simple customer service goes a long way.

Came in to this Starbucks location , (Cierra) helped take my order . I was feeling sleepy and haven’t been to starbucks much .needed a pick me up. She was very helpful and courteous also well versed on the menu items . She recommended the Carmel macchiato . I really appreciate the excellent service .
Location is also clean , as well as fast service and perfectly crafted coffee beverages .
