They literally didnt the 3 espresso shots in our drink and literally served us a cup of oatmilk with cinnamon powder. I took the drink back and instead of espresso they added regular coffee. Arguably the dumbest barista Ive ever came across!

I went to another starbucks location today and due to rush they may have forgotten to add the coffee but i had already left that location. Ava at the Ashlan and Fowler location accommodated me as i misdialed to speak with the other Starbucks but she said they could take care of my order and make it right. Iso appreciate the excellent service of Starbucks employees! And my remake was perfect ! Thank you again!

They changed their coffee, similar to Sonic. It makes your mouth feel grainy. Probably some kind of additive.. Employees are not as attentive anymore, barely want to look at customers. The buildings are way less welcoming. The whole place is on its downturn

The morning girls have a shitty attitude They don’t do right my coffe and when asked them to re do they turn their eyes 2 of them. They are always in a bad mood they never say good morning They always walk away from the front you almost have to scream so they can hear you and help.

Another Starbucks location converted to grab & go/ drive thru only. The Starbucks inside Vons across the parking lot has better vibes than this one now.
remodel removed basically all seating, removed all outlets. Not even a cafe anymore, just a drive through for mid coffee

Great place but sometime the ordered drinks taste subpar like for example fruit drinks had only a few chop fruits with ton of ices when order were specified to add lesser ice. The coffee frap ice blend had lesser syrup added but this is not 100% of the time. Just occasionally that happen that the drink taste horror.
