I have never written a negative review, but my orders have been late and wrong far too many times some of the service is terrible. Some of the service is great. I hate the inconsistency. I only go to this location for the convenience in the location, but I am always on a time crunch and I rarely leave satisfied.

I was excited when this location opened up so close to work, but the last 3 times I've placed an order, my coffee has always been late. I even order when I'm further away, and it's still late. Today my food was sitting waiting, but my coffee wasn't even done by the time I had a bit; it was cold. I will not be returning.

Starbucks just moved in my neighborhood and every time I go there it’s full of ice especially the guy that works there never gets my drink right the only one who’s giving good service has been coco. They really need to get better management and a better team
