my dad used to take us to Straw Hat pizza in the 70's and 80's and I have so many fond memories of this place. I haven't had their food since the early 80's but I remember this amazing pizza with the most delicious pizza sauce. I'm a bit of a pizza snob so I was very skeptical about eating at this new Straw Hat location. I didn't want to ruin my wonderful memories of this place. We bragged about this place both times we went. Told our friends and family, then the third time we went we had very very bad service!! They got our order wrong and our amount wrong. We waited an hour and a half to get that order wrong. By the time we got our order home it was stone cold. Then waited for the manager, then the owner to make it right. Not once but twice. They were both a joke. Sad to say we will not be returning and we will pass the word.
