Not in business anymore
This is not straw hat anymore.It's a buffet restaurant.It's really nice and great food with a hofbrau station
It was closed! They changed it to a much better restaurant! A total different experience! I couldn't believe how amazing the new vibe and food was. Salad bar and houfbrau style food???!!!!

For the record there was still pizza just not to order. Its at chefs table. And it was still pretty good. :)

This is review is regarding the new restaurant in the building Dosan.The service was excellent from the time we walked in. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and checked on us multiple times during our meal service. One of the cooks who looked like he just got off duty Also asked how everything was. The lady at the carving station was also very helpful. The atmosphere was wonderful. The table settings were lovely and it wasn't very crowded. My wife got the salad bar and she said it was good. They also kept our drinks full Unfortunately I really wanted to like this place. We went in the day after the grand opening and I was very excited there was a new buffet in town to try. We drove all the way from Fresno to Clovis just to try this place. All of the hot food was terrible. I hate to say it but it's just the truth. The pizza was hard and dry. My wife said some of the chicken on pizza was unedible. The clam chowder didn't even taste like clam chowder had huge chunks of clam, but they're all cooked to the bottom of the pan and I had to scrape the bottom just to get any. The carving station meats were okay but nothing special. The only thing I got off the salad bar was edaname and it wasn't very good at all. I really wish this place the best of luck. I know they just opened. In fact, the receipt still said straw hat pizza on it but just beware if you go. The food is not very good at all. I'm sorry to say.

Me and my family went there 1 time and never again we order our food they all got their food except me when I asked for my food she gave me attitude and said it will be ready in 15 more minutes so I said cancel it and she just gave attitude like it was my fault she messed up save your money go somewhere else.

The pictures aren't true to this place, it's half the size it shows and theirs only 4 tvs and no games or activities for the kids.

I’ve never felt so disrespected by a staff member in a professional setting as I did with Raj. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. She lacks even the most basic communication skills, comes across as dismissive, and has zero understanding of how to speak to people with respect. It’s shocking that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is allowed to represent a business in a managerial role.
Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, Raj was rude, confrontational, and completely unhelpful. She talked over me, made sarcastic remarks, and behaved like she had no interest in customer service whatsoever. It felt like she was more interested in asserting authority than actually solving the problem. Her tone and attitude were incredibly unprofessional and frankly, embarrassing for the business.
If this is the kind of person management trusts to handle customer concerns, it says a lot about how little they value their clients. No one should be treated the way I was—disrespected, ignored, and spoken down to. I left feeling frustrated and appalled.
I genuinely hope someone higher up sees this and takes action, because Raj is singlehandedly ruining the reputation of this place. Until there’s real accountability and professional behavior from management, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

After my mother's funeral, our family was faced with the daunting task of finding a suitable place to host a wake for about 100 people. We chose Straw Hat Pizza and I'm incredibly grateful we did. The staff provided an unexpected sense of comfort and ease that allowed us to focus on remembering my mother.
The food and service, was a highlight. and would recommend them for any gathering!

Customer service was terrible. I dont see this place lasting long. Food was average at best. I'm definitely disappointed. Bought my kid a $20 game card and lasted less than 5 minutes. Games are overpriced.

I ordered delivery from instacart. The guy drove around until my pizza was cold and finallyi called him, or was it cold before he got it. Idk the pizza was ordinary. it seemed like adult sized expensive pizza Lunchables if you know then you'll understand that is what the crust was like. Along with cold toppings...again adult pizza Lunchables

This is the second time we were here and both times the service was so bad! The girls that work up front at register and the server were rude and had no clue what they were doing. After ordering my daughter wanted some candy from there prize station. We went no problems. Asked how many tickets we had left it was over 100. After we ate I took my daughter to go play games. Won more tickets. She wanted another dum dum to go. I waited in line at the prize station literally 15 minutes while they took everyone's order. It was finally my turn. She scans my card and TELLS me I HAVE NO TICKETS! ( her register wasnt working to scan the play card)I tell her we were just and she told us we had still over 100! And I just literally won some more! She told me to go check my tickets on the machine which I did and I had over 240! I go back and wait at the prize station and she makes me wait another 15 mins as she is taking everyone's order. My daughter is here crying over a dum dum lollipop that costs 5 tickets! When she finally came back she said my card was still not working I told her to go scan it her self. Which she did. Then she tells me she has to call the card company because there is something wrong with my card!!!!! At this point I was alrdy irritated. How long is it gonna take to call the card for a 5 ticket dum dum?? After 30 mins from when I first went up to the prize station to when she's gonna call the card?? I understand its a 5 ticket dum dum.but I paid for those tickets so my Daughter can enjoy the experience!! So she should at least be able to get her damn dum dum!!!!
