I ordered some subs through the app, and then about 10 minutes later received an email that my order had been canceled and to call for more info. I called the stores number and no one answered and never received a call back.

I came in with a couple of special needs young adults. The guy who took my order looked upset we came in. He kept throwing the cheese slices, and the way he asked what toppings I wanted, it was like I was bothering him. I had to tell him not to put the brown lettuce on my sandwich. When he put the mayonnaise on I tried to tell him not so much but he looked up at me so pissed off. There was also an older lady ordering food, she ordered a meal. As she was trying to get her drink, she told the female worker the soda isnt working. The guy yelled there's no more. Instead of offering the paid customer another option or bottled soda, they let her walk out without a drink. Also they don't take coupons at all!!

Ordered online at this Subway across Walmart on Herndon and Clovis, horrible service by a Indian man. This is actually the second time I’ve dealt with him. The first time was about 2 months ago he was real bothered by me trying to use a BOGO coupon. Today I gave this subway another chance and ordered online, with my order I had 2 diet Pepsis, I get there to pick up my order and the Diet Pepsi was out, I mentioned I’m diabetic and if he can change it for iced tea which they were also out, I also asked if I can pay extra and just grab the bottled diet Pepsis but he refused and told me that my only choice was to grab a regular drink to which I let him know I’m diabetic Iñi can’t have sugary drinks or I can get sick, so at this point I was getting irritated and I let him know I just wanted a refund because he is not trying to work with me and he has the audacity to tell me that he’s also not able to do that? So I just took my receipt back and left the food at the counter. As I was leaving he says something under his breath and said something “can you not read?” I let him know he was being very rude and left the building. I’m not sure if this subway is family owned but it’s badly run, no customer service whatsoever ever, they need to be trained on hospitality and resolution.

The people who work here are very rude. I’ve used coupons at two different visits and they act like it’s a crime. Only allow you to pick VERY basic sandwich like ham and cheese for any coupon. Just bad attitude. I’ll go elsewhere.

Sandwich is always fresh and delicious. We usually get a turkey sandwich or the Philly cheese. Excellent customer service ! We are regulars, my picky eater loves this location !!!!!!
