Went here on 09/18/2025 at around 3:30 PM, got a sandwich. The lady pressed some buttons pretty quick and the tip never popped up on the machine. I paid with touchless apple pay and never touched the screen but some how the tip option got selected and tipped them $2.23. I asked the woman and she stated that they dont have any tip option on their side, the customer selects it. I never clicked anything though. She seemed kinda sketchy and I personally dont believe that they cant select the tip on their side based off how she reacted to me calling it out. I wont be back here & I submitted a tip to corporate just in case theres theft occurring.

Worker is slow, I arrive here before everyone else with a pre placed order and the lady behind the counter starts working on everyone elses order before mine. Then the restrooms are closed had to wait about 30mina just for one sandwich

Didn’t take coupons even after speaking with them on the phone first. Sandwiches had little to no meat. All bread and lettuce. Today I remembered why I don’t go there anymore.

Co workers and I stop coming here month's ago because, we noticed price's would change for the same meal. Then I came for lunch thinking she cant mess with the sandwich meal of the day price. It was coldcut day and the price was correct but the only meat she put in the sandwich was bologna. Not sure if or when I'll be back

My husband and I went to the Subway at 1195 Shaw Ave #101B in Clovis Ca. 07/22/2024 at 5:30pm. We had coupons, and the lady working insist we show our coupons before we ordered, no harm/no foul. What was frustrating, she was very difficult to understand and spoke fast. Ok, fast forward…….we dined in, and a family came in ordered three footlong sandwiches that met the qualifications of the coupon I offered them. The Subway worker would not accept the coupons because it was not brought to her attention until after she made the sandwich….WHAT!!! That makes absolutely no sense. When the customer gave me back my coupon, I told my husband we won’t be coming back to this Subway again.
Food was prepared as asked. Friendly staff. Clean.

They suck I thought I saw tuna on my wife's sandwich I payed 11 dollars for. What a ripoff. And 3 little dinky pieces of cheese. They try to give the least amount of meat and cheese they can get away with. 11 something for a 6 inch tuna with a tiny bag of chips and a flat soda.
