My husband and I went to the Subway at 1195 Shaw Ave #101B in Clovis Ca. 07/22/2024 at 5:30pm. We had coupons, and the lady working insist we show our coupons before we ordered, no harm/no foul. What was frustrating, she was very difficult to understand and spoke fast. Ok, fast forward…….we dined in, and a family came in ordered three footlong sandwiches that met the qualifications of the coupon I offered them. The Subway worker would not accept the coupons because it was not brought to her attention until after she made the sandwich….WHAT!!! That makes absolutely no sense. When the customer gave me back my coupon, I told my husband we won’t be coming back to this Subway again.

Be wary of using the app. Ordered extra cheese on two subs and did not get. Easy to tell. Also gave two bags of wrong chips. You’ll find it easier to climb Mount Everest than get any customer service when ordered on the app.

Delicious sandwich place, customer service also undefinable great.
This place refused to honor coupons. Made the wrong food. Then when they realized they made the food wrong, they simply said they would toast it. As if toasting it, fixed everything. Bread was stale and they broke it all apart before even starting the sandwich. The employees were rude and basically made what they wanted, how they wanted because we wanted to use a coupon.

I go to this particular Subway because the food is always fresh and it tastes very good. The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating to my specific orders. Also, they ACTUALLY TAKE the coupon that's in the local mailer which is why I go here instead of the Subway that's on the S/E corner of Ashlan and Fowler Aves which is closer, but DOESN'T take the coupon.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of healthy and veg diet options.
Parking: Plenty of nearby and out front parking.
