Although I literally live all the way on the other side of town, I drive quite a distance to this particular Subway (Herndon and Willow). Yes, there are so many other, more-convenient, closer Subways; however, this is the ONLY Subway I visit. Here's why: 1) They never ever give me grief or issues about Subway coupons, always gladly accepting them. In fact, there have been times when they were kind enough to allow me to use two coupons at once. Other Subways are hit or miss, whereby they either refused to take the coupons or won't even allow me to swipe my rewards card. 2) I love, love, love extra onions on my Subway sandwiches--while other Subway restaurants almost feels like they count every single onion that they put on my sandwiches -- good grief! But this Subway always treats me with respect and allows me to get extra onions without giving me a hard time. 3) The majority of the employees that have provided me with service at this particular Subway have been decent. But every time I've interacted with Nick, his sandwiches have been perfect and so yummy; and his professional, friendly service has been nothing but exemplary. Kudos to Nick! Thank you!

We have ordered here three times now. The bread is flaky and dry, and the sandwiches barely had anything in them. All three times. I'm sorry, but I have given it a chance but we will never order from this location again.

This review mostly goes to the ladies who helped me. I did not get their names, but one was an older lady (with glasses) (who was friendly) and one was a younger lady with dark long hair and glasses (who made my sandwich, and helped me). Thank you for accommodating to my food allergy needs and giving me a sandwich I really enjoyed! I really appreciate it.

The food is just fine, but I just was confused when the older lady and the younger one were talking and having conversations in front of me that were unprofessional. Gossiping in front of a customer and about their job isn’t really the best idea. Clearly the people that work here hate their job and do not like to greet customers or hold a conversation..

3/29 @ 7:46 am Went in the morning before work to get my lunch since I can’t leave to get lunch. Lady working very attentive to me on my order & nice conversations to start my day, location is the ONLY friendliest one I have ever been to. I almost stopped going to subway because of the numerous long faces or attitudes at other locations & will drive all the way to this one for the friendly atmosphere. Positive vibes ! I let all my friends n family know to go there Willow & Herndon! Other locations need costumer service training!

Customer service does not work at this location, Younger girl with dark hair, and older elderly lady did not greet us, it appeared to grieve them to service us. Had a rude face, I even tried to talk to the young lady working and she just had a straight face, bothered if I even asked a question. The older lady helped my daughters and without asking them chose there deli meat for them without asking!!!! Get rid of these ladies! They do not belong in customer service serving the public! I will not be returning, Also SUPER warm in the building. I get they bake their own bread, maybe prop open the door? Not pleasant for visitors.
Both ladies on staff were both incredibly snappy, rude, and carried lots of attitude with my whole family. When asked for a cold cut, they didn’t ask us what meat we wanted just put whatever in it. Overall, we’re not great customer service and seemed bothered that we were there.
