Placed an order online to go pickup. My wife was already there and I had gotten her order partially wrong, and the lady there refused to let her change anything about the order i placed on her account. And It was to add cheese on her sandwich. When it came to my own. I ordered the titan turkey and I had less turkey than my wife's oven roasted turkey. I won't be going back to this location and will go out of my way to find a different subway.

I've been coming to this location for a number of years and overall, it's been okay. I had a very unpleasant experience tonight, so much so, that I'm not going back. I placed an order online to take advantage of their special deal, 2x meat on a foot long, through 4/30. I ordered properly, following the proper link to get the special deal and even mentioned it in the comments, just in case. I picked up the sub and asked about the 2x meat deal. The woman behind the counter became irate and rudely told me that I didn't order the special, even though I know I did. I tried to explain to her again, and she became increasingly rude and argued with me. I can understand if the website had issues, but her response was WAY OVER THE TOP. Opened the sandwich at home, and it was very meager with toppings. Never order a sandwich online!! I'm not going back. She was so rude!!

Order online the foot long roast beef sandwhich and they only gave me 3 thin slices of roast beef..they are being cheap..called one location they mentioned that it should be between 6-8 slices and then I called this location and the lady mentioned 4-6 slices and then she just hunged up before i was even done talking...this is unacceptable and they know what they are doing....not ever going to this location again...see attached for one of the half of the roast beef i got out of the foot long..very unsatisfied

I like the staff. The store is clean. But If you order online, they skimp out on the ingredients. I will probably stop going to Subway all together. I’ll just make my food at home. Inflation is a joke.

I went in today to get a sandwich & the 2 ladies that were working there just ignored me and never looked up, never greeted me. I stood there for about 5 minutes and just decided to walk out since i noticed they did not want my business. Will never go there again. I hope the owner of that Subway sees this. He might want to retrain his employees to be more alert & friendly to his customers.

Food half of the sandwich was okay but the second half was somehow soggy as hell. The service was HORRIBLE. If I could give it a 0 star I would. I asked for the bathroom key and both ladies gave me an ugly look, grabbed the key, walked past me, and placed the key on the other side of where I was standing when she had just walked right by me. If you hate your job that much, then leave!

The food is good and the place is kept clean but this subway is very disorganized it usually takes them a long time to complete our order. They’re customer service is terrible and now they are being nit picky about what subway coupons you can and can’t use and you can only use them on certain sandwiches.

I wanted to try something different during my visit because I usually stick to the spicy Italian but I decided to get the #6 ( The Boss ) . The sandwich was very very good . It exceeded my expectations and it is something I would definitely order again . It had meatballs, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and Parm cheese. I added bell peppers, spinach and red onion . 10/10 experience!
