This Subway is incredibly disappointing. An older gentleman wanted to buy a six inch sub, he had just over $5 on his gift card. He ran outside to get the remaining amount due, which was another $1 something. While he stepped outside, the cashier either finalized or canceled the transaction. When he came back in to finish up, she told him his gift card balance was now $0 so he needed to come up with another way to pay. They went back and forth for a minute. The cashier called her boss who only got part of the story, which was that there is $0 available, but cashier failed to mention he DID have $5 on it at first. Basically, they told him they couldn’t help him.

I stepped in and said he originally had $5 on his card, he went outside to get the remaining balance and upon his return his card balance was $0. So that’s a them issue, not a him issue. And they needed to figure it out because this poor man just wanted to eat.

She called her boss again and explained the situation correctly this time, boss said she would be over shortly. So they made this gentleman wait until the owner showed up to “correct” the situation. But more like attack him and try to play mind games with him over $5.

I can’t tell you if it ever got resolved as I had to leave, but the way they spoke to him and basically told him he was SOL is not right. He thanked me for my help and I gave him some cash in the event they didn’t resolve the issue for him. We as a society need to do better.

Won’t be back to this subway. Staff is absolutely rude just ignored us when we walked in and because I had a coupon her whole attitude changed and said I wasn’t allowed to get the sandwiches I wanted.

This is the second time I come here and will not be back no matter how close this location is to me. First time I came they tryed to charge me for toasting my sandwich. Second time I came I got a tuna sandwich and they skimped me on TUNA I’m now eating a bread sandwich they literally spread the tuna lightly as if it were mayo smh

Person working was very rude. Continued to mumble and speak under her breath when she knew we could not understand her. When we had to say excuse me for the 3rd time since she refused to raise her head when she spoke to us and continued to mumble, she snapped at my sister. I understood she had an accent that we had trouble understanding but the mumbling and not facing us when speaking was no help.

My boyfriend and I looked at our receipts and realized we’ve been getting upcharged about $2 each time. He got charged for two chips when he didn’t even want chips. He ordered two cookies. Chips are almost a dollar more than a cookie. I got 4 cookies and was charged for 6. They either don’t know what they’re doing or are purposely upcharging. Either way we want our money back

I ordered online and they made my food incorrectly and I lost my appetite after that. I had to pay extra for avocado on my sandwich then didn’t receive it and they denied me a refund of any kind.

It’s pathetic that I have to write a review on a Subway sandwich shop. However, this is a Subway I would recommend you go out of your way to avoid.

They women are rude and condescending. They do not accept any coupons unless they’re via the app. The bread is always hard … and they get your order wrong every time. If you try to let them know the response is “I know”. So you intentionally toast the bread after the mayo is applied? Just admit that you forgot and correct it. The owner is so distracted by going out of her way to be rude that she forgot the second meat on my sandwich. When I called after getting home, the girl who wasn’t the owner said I can drive back for the ham. I’m going to drive all the way back for ham? Can’t you just comp the sandwich? Or correct it for my next visit. It was an online order. Smh.

I’ve lived here for over two years and have been in the store twice. Once when I moved here and she refused my coupon. Then yesterday when I placed an order online and she managed to screw up two footlongs. Subway is already overly priced to have little to no meat.

I did speak to the manager today and she was polite and encouraged me to come get a sandwich today while she was in the shop. So that’s a positive and earned an extra star.
