Drive through was pretty long, I was there at lunchtime, so I walked in to get my food. Considering how crowded it was, I got my food within about 5 minutes.

I went here on my lunch and I got the new cantina burrito and I was eating it and next thing I know I feel something hard when I bite down. THERE WAS A BOBBY PIN IN MY BURRITO!!!! Absolutely disgusting and their service was so bad all they said was sorry and asked if I wanted a refund. Like DUHHH I WANT A REFUND WHAT ! Do not go here

Most cheese and meat I've seen on a Taco Bell Taco in over a decade. No wonder drive through line looked like an In 'n Out or Starbucks. Great employees. Very clean.

All I gotta say is I messed up for buying a bean burrito with my card n a coupon for a med free drink I got all my items but I drove off thinking she gave me my card but not till I got to Hanford is when I realized that I don’t have my card so I called and all of a sudden they don’t have it and no where to be found.. the supervisor I’m guessing that answer never called me back after talking to the girl with glasses that was doing the drive and I called again after my shift and still nothing!! I’m not upset because I can replace it with another one and I have it on my phone but the fact that she told me the girl said she didn’t see no card or the lady I talked to on the phone and it was no where to be found which is kinda funny. So if I was anyone watch out and don’t pay with your card and if you do make sure you get it!

I waited 50 minutes for my damn 4 crunchy tacos and a quesadilla on a bus ride home from a game and we were running late. We asked them 3 times to see if there was an order for Dylan and they said yes. We waited another 15 minutes or so and then we went back to check on our food. They said they had not even started making it and I was like Bru. We asked for a refund because we were late to our bus and it took another 5 minutes to get our Money. We ordered first than many other customers but everyone got their food first. Trash service and I’m starving on the way home. That’s why Taco Bell sucks and I should have gone to In n Our burger.
