I’m really disappointed in the lack of compassion from the staff tonight . I initially went through the drive placed my order and left . When I left I seen a homelsss man outside the parking lot. When I drove off I noticed they made my order wrong . I. Was already up the street and drove back for a replacement . I know they throw the food away so I wanted to give the wrong order to the homeless man . When I came back through to get my replacement meal I told the girl at the window that I would like to save it and give it to the man outside . She did not say a single word she just stood there with hand out waiting for us to give her the food she showed it to her coworkers and then apparently threw it away . When I asked for it back she told me she needed to ask her manager because she already threw it away . But I asked her not to throw it away I asked for it back . It was an inconvenience for me to go all the way back to the restaurant . I am really sad because I know homeless people can be an a problem but I had already paid for my meal if I wanted to give it to him that was my choice . The woman shouldn’t have took it after I asked her not to and told her what I was going to do with it . I asked them if it would be possible to maybe make him something small even the cinimin twists and the manager told me no it would be unsanitary to get food out the trash . I think the staff could have shown more compassion especially since it was their mistake both times since the drive through girl clearly wasn’t paying attention both times . First she got my order wrong then she said she didn’t understand what I was requesting . It made me cry.

Been Ordering the $7 Lux Cravings Box for over 6 months about once every 2 weeks & It includes Chips & Cheese, But tonight I Got Home & No Chips & Cheese Instead there's Cinnamon Twists & When I Called the Store Manager He Claimed that Cinn Twists Is What the $7 Box comes with Now & I Told him that I Just Watched the Commercial & It Shows Chips & Cheese NOT Cinn Twists & that Is What I've ALWAYS Gotten In the $7 BOX Here & that He Is Full of BS. You Can't TRUST Any Of the Local TACO BELL'S To honor What Their Commercials SHOW On them. Their Just a Bunch of Clowns Who Do What They Want To & Screw the CUSTOMER!!

Unfortunately TC is not Real Mexicun Cuisine. It's Imitation Cuisine for a Fast Food Franchise from Irwin, CA!!! I've caught Food Poisoning twice but from a different location.
