Worst service ever tonight. Hubby went thru the drive thru on his motorcycle. Was ignored at the speaker and then went to the window and was told they couldn't serve him at the window. Was told he has to go into the lobby. He got off his bike and entered the store. The drive thru lady was talking to the customer at the window about how they don't serve to motorcycle j the drive thru. Then turned to my husband and asked what do you want ??? So he said I would like corporate number and she refused twice and told him he could leave now. Worst service we have ever had at this location. And will be in tomorrow to speak to the day time manager.

I've been coming to this location for several decades now, through several remodels, rebrandings, etc. Plenty of restaurants and stores in this shopping center have come and gone, and this Taco Bell has outlasted them all.

Can't even cut a quesadilla correctly. This drove thru cashier needs to be retrain perhaps the whole store. My taco only had had half a serving of beef.

Employees are young and immature some looked high.Went to drive through for mobile order 15-20minutes after it was ordered. No line no customers inside, seven employees standing around.Said they didn’t have the order, parked went inside showed them the order number they said we have it already…. Wasted my time, then employees mean mugged my wife while cooking the food tossed the cups said “you can fill your own drinks then”. All went to the back and laughed while looking at the food for us.Asked them to cancel order and left.Took pictures and audio of employees and emailed to corporate, 1hour later called the store for them to cancel my order and they said they couldn't.Calling corporate Monday to follow up on the email and pictures I sent as well as.
