Last two times I have gone taco bell has been closed. Listed as open on their app and Google. When it is open, service is slow, food is bad, and they often run out of cherry Pepsi.

Went inside to find no one there. Just 2 big ordering kiosks, where the smiling faces used to be. We were hungry and went thru the drive-thru for personal service. This California Taco Bell is lacking. We won't be back 25$ for 2 people to eat Taco Bell is ridiculous
