Order 2 chicken flatbread the chicken inside was crispy never had one like that. Took them to the counter and showed them they said probably used the chicken on the line. Whatever that means but didn’t even offer to make another one so I threw it in the trash and left. Very poor service. Really disappointed with the service.

Very rude to people, especially to the elderly. They push the use of the kiosk even when they can see them struggling. They continually handed people their food and just walked away ignoring several people who had questions or just needed hot sauce. They clearly didn't want to be bothered by people/customers. Very bad customer service

ALL the staff was rude, no one took an order there had to place it online, wrong drink sizes food tasted like it was a day old, I understand it was busy but if your going to give poor customer service wrong food wrong drinks why even be open to begin with? Will not be coming back to this location.
7.89 for a burrito supreme that's like the size of a regular burrito? I got two burrito supremes and one taco and I paid 18.67 ! Ridiculous, no excuses, just pure greed. I won't ever eat at Taco bell again. It's just a pure ripoff.
