Horrible customer service. I placed an order on doordash for pick up… they didn’t put any sauce in my bag. I was standing at the counter and I said excuse me like 2 TIMES! The girl acted like she didn’t hear me and walked away. There were 5 people on the floor and it was NOT busy but yet nobody wanted to walk up to the front counter. Food was always just ok.

So, we go to this tacobell all the times and first time we went at 11:42 and this rude guy taking order telling us that he cannot grill our tacos because it messes the grill and people complaint about it. He didn’t greet, his attitude was so high, Asked him question we come here all the time how come no one has told us that? Never going back there. That dude needs to fix his attitude or go get job somewhere else if he is not happy.

I got food poisoning last night eating their Mexican Pizza at this location. I had to miss my son's first soccer game and my daughter's first volleyball tournament. I am beyond upset. They need to make fresh food vs keeping it under the warmer all day. When serving bad food not only gives you a bad review but also harms people's lives too.I never leave reviews but this one I had too.

Ordered a bean and cheese burrito, and received someone else's order of two tacos. :( went through drive through and drove home before I discovered the mistake....Didn't dare to eat the food they gave although at least it was warm.

This location beats out all Fresno ones. The service is great. The staff is friendly and courteous. And the portions/quality of the order was spot-on. Every Trader Joe's runs, this is the lunch stop.

Staff is lethargic, 2 breakfast burritos with burnt tortilla (see pic). Cashier greets you with a dirty sweatshirt and Hodie. When I asked for a senior discount, he was lost. Is customer service gone. Please train this lethargic staff. And don't burn the burritos.
7/3/23- Just went through the drive-thru around 10 pm. I ordered two items, one of which being a Mexican Pizza with no tomatoes. Instead, I got a Mexican Pizza with twice the amount of tomatoes on it, ZERO cheese, and no slices cut whatsoever. Extremely disappointed that I just WASTED my money on this.

so i ordered two bean cheese and rice burritos, i specifically asked for no cheese in either of them. i just got home, and both of them have cheese. you had one job.. this is kind of frustrating. i’m going to give two stars because the woman working the window was very nice, but it’s just frustrating that something so simple couldn’t be done. and it was 11 pm so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with orders and forgot.

Ordered a veggie burrito. They added steak for some reason?? And they didn't give me a receipt. I'm a vegetarian and don't enjoy getting food I don't eat.

I rarely eat at this location and I will not be going back anytime soon. I ordered my food and watched 6 other people who ordered after me receive their food first. When I approached on of the workers I asked how much longer for my order. He couldn't find my order in the system and I watched the mass confusion as they tried to figure out what to do. I finally received my food 35 minutes after I placed my order. 35 mins, at a Taco Bell. I thought this was fast food, not slow food. Nothing was done to compensate for my family's wait yet the woman before be complained enough and received a gift card. I was kind and appreciative towards the staff and I received nothing. Oh well. If you can go to a different Taco Bell, do so.
