They don’t offer to repeat your order so if they messed up your order you won’t realize it unless you double check your food. Also they don’t offer what kind of side you’d like, so if you’re not aware of the fact that you have options they’ll just automatically pick for you. Also they don’t hear well in the drive thru, and unless you ask them for ketchup they won’t ask nor give you some. Bummer because to top it off the food is bland.

Every time I try and order from the app at this specific location, it charges my card and then before the order can finalize, they cancel the order. It’ll take your money and then you have to wait for your bank to return the money. Avoid this location.

You just served me the worst taco bell meal of my life. The chalupa was rock hard and missing the meat altogether. And the taco was fused the the wrapper and ripped the bottom out. So much for being supreme, lol. I submitted complaint via the app. Either you make up for it or you lost my business for life. I've never had a rock hard chalupa before. It's 2:30am I'm on lunch break and opened it immediately. Ifnthe owner cares please say something...

No wifi, like what fast food places don't have wifi for patrons these days? And I bought one of the new dragon fruit slushy freezes and it had hardly any liquid in there, it was mostly just a ton of shaved ice. Major disappointment.
