We used to eat here a lot. The cost is a little high now but not EXPENSIVE. I got the New York steak & fried rice bowl. Yummy! I only use teriyaki which is great with the steak. My husband got the special bowl all spicy. Was shocked to see that they charge extra for spicy meat but I guess. The taro boba was delicious as well.

I had to order steak by itself because there was no rice available. They asked how i wanted it cooked and i said medium... it came out past well done, which for most is unedible. I was able to bring the food back for a refund so at least the customer service is good?

The food is great but the customer service is horrible. The cashier purposely forgot to give me my sauce after just telling her I wanted something else. And after having to go back and get the correct sauce she seemed annoyed. Definitely overpriced for the amount of food they give you. The portion size in our bowls were pathetic for the price.

I'm not the one who usually complains. The customer service is not the best. No greet or thanks for coming in ect. They advertise on the tv menu inside cheaper prices than what you are charged for, and just say "oh, we changed our prices". As a first time customer this is my last time coming back.

I just got home and opened this $17 Special bowl which is supposed to be steak, chicken, shrimp. My bowl is mainly just rice. Very disappointing to open it to find I have only 5 pieces of chicken and barely any steak! Glad to know I paid $17 on rice! The total of everything we got was over $60, very disappointed!

The food is way too overpriced. They basically only ever do takeout because there’s not enough tables or room on the inside. The employees are the best part about these place but even then, nothing spectacular. I would honestly recommend anywhere else before you eat here, there’s just nothing special about it. Their portions are horrible compared to how much they charge for their bowls.
